Andrea was very professional, likeable, prompt and informative. But her quote was double what I was getting from others. She is the only from Angies List that I asked for a quote. To be fair, I will ask someone else.

I am sorry this has taken me so long to write, but it attests to the great job Andrea did that I remembered to go back and write it. Andrea and helper arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional, and, as we were going out, noticed from the 1st minute the detailed cleaning. When we returned, we were very happy with the results! This was a birthday present for my pregnant daughter and she would have hired them permanently but daughter's family is moving to another area too far away. She loved her BDay present and enjoyed her sparkling apartment. Recommend highly!

Andrea and her staff are very good and professional! They did an excellent job cleaning my house and I hired them to do it twice a month! Highly recommended!

Every part of the experience was fantastic. Andrea returned my call the same day and scheduled a time to come see the house and give an estimate. She was right on time for the estimate - looked around the house, told us what she does on a first visit, quoted us the price. She was very friendly with me and with my daughters. This was a Monday evening, and we made an appointment for the following Friday (she had a cancellation which she said was why she could fit us in so quickly.) Andrea and her assistants arrived right on time (8:30am). They were very friendly, but got right to work. My wife and I left for work, asking them to lock up when they left. When I got home from work, I was stunned. Our house looked gorgeous! The kitchen was spotless - our stovetop was sparkling, our kitchen cabinets (which are very old and had not been cleaned in a LONG time) looked like new, and our sink (which I had told Andrea I thought was a lost cause - it was so brown with stains, I thought it was uncleanable) was pure white! They cleaned smudges on our walls, cobwebs, cleaned our trash can and all the kitchen appliances. They straightened everywhere - even arranging some throw blankets in the living room that made that space look better. r.We were very happy with the results, and plan to have Perfect Cleaning put us on an every-other-week schedule starting in September (and probably monthly visits this summer). The price, $325, was with a $25 AngiesList discount. Since we said we were planning to follow with regular cleaning, Andrea threw in window cleaning (which is normally $10 per window) for no charge this time. The every-other-week charge will be $125 (cash) per visit.

Andrea arrived first and started dusting right away. When Elizabete and Cathy arrived shortly thereafter, they all cleaned together. They also washed 3 large floor to ceiling windows and also a large slider going to the deck. I was very happy with this since these windows were dirty with nose prints from my daughters 2 dogs. They were here for about 5 hours and did a fabulous job. They will be cleaning my house on a regular basis!

Words can't express how thrilled and impressed I am with Andrea and her team. Our 4 busy teenagers have readjusted priorities and our old colonial home has suffered from it. I was able to do light cleaning but had no time to do the deep cleaning it needed. Perfect Cleaning has taken that burden from my shoulders. It is wonderful to have the whole house cleaned the same day. Not one inch escaped the detailed eye of Perfect cleaning. They cleaned our home from top to bottom and every nook and cranny. The initial deep cleaning cost may frighten some away, don't let it. At 10am Andrea and her team arrived and at 5pm (7 hrs) they were done. You can hire perfect cleaning for a one time, once a week, every other week or once a month. Without a doubt I highly recommend Andrea and her "Perfect Cleaning" service and I look forward to their return next month and every month after.

We needed someone to help clean a realtive's apartment while she is going through cancer treatment. Elisabete was professional right from the start.

Andrea responded to my phone call the same day. She came out and gave me a reasonable quote to clean my house. She came at the time she promised for my 1st cleaning and I was extremely satisfied with her work! She is super friendly, both my dog and my children loved her! She went above and beyond my expectations with her cleaning and I cannot wait until she comes next! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

After purchasing a larger home to accommodate an additional living space for my mother, we decided to find a cleaning service to help keep our two living spaces clean. After reviewing a few companies, Andrea came and provided an estimate that seemed reasonable for the large overall space (approximately 4000 sq ft, three full baths and two kitchens, and a lot of hardwood and tile). The initial clean was $525, very thorough and much to my satisfaction. It took one full day and multiple staff. Every other week the crew cleans both living areas for a total of $255 cash (cash is less than check), it takes 2 staff about 4-5 hours average. Overall we have been happy with the service, and if we notice areas for improvement, Andrea and her staff are very receptive and responsive.

I contacted Andrea and she came the very same day to provide me with an estimate. I immediately liked her professionalism and eagerness to help with a cleaning that was long overdue. I felt very comfortable hiring her and her team, and can't say enough about the great job they did. It was a pleasure to come home to such a clean house, and I hope to continue her services on a bi-weekly basis. I would definitely recommend Andrea and her team!

There were set prices for the services, it wasn't just an arbitrary guess. I am very happy with the service they provide and I continue to use them on regular basis to clean my home. Perfect as their name. They cleaned without stopping and did a beautiful and thorough job. More than perfect. I will have them come bi-monthly to clean for me. I had fallen and hurt my back. I am 74 and was unable to do the cleaning. Recommend this company to the whole world

The service provided was fantastic. I wanted to have my home cleaned before a surgical procedure so that visitors could come into a clean home. Perfect Cleaning Services did a great job. Everything was clean!... even my hair brushes. It made me rest so much easier to know that my house was clean and in order. Andrea Neiva (the owner) provided many special touches, and made the experience very pleasant.

Andrea is extremely professional and would not price the job until she saw the house. She arrived on the scheduled date promptly with 2 other women and they worked for 4.5 hours straight. The house was spotless!!

From the initial contact to the actual cleaning Adriana was a joy to deal with. My expectations were exceeded as far as both the communication as well as the actual cleaning job. I would highly recommend this service.

I was given a complete housecleaning by Andrea's (with window cleaning) as a Christmas present. I'll preface my comments by saying that I am never happy with housecleaning services as I keep an immaculate home myself. But, my work commitments have radically altered and my husband and three dogs leave me more housework than I can handle! Andrea's service was amazing ... my house was cleaned as if I had done it myself: baseboards cleaned, ceiling fan blades washed, all furniture moved and cleaned under/behind, my wood floors gleamed, as did my windows. I was able to walk into my house on Christmas Eve, after returning from a business trip, and host a Christmas dinner the next day. And I never felt the need to "reclean" anything. I am remiss in not reporting my glee at finding Andrea and her employees before now! I am reporting today, as I just had another visit from Andrea and her staff. I'm happy to say that I was equally thrilled with their service. This time I was home to meet Andrea and her crew and to observe their work. They were punctual, tidily dressed and pleasant. Every request was greeted with an affirmative answer and a smile. They were especially good with my three dogs ... moving them from room to room so as to not stress them with their vacuum. I am sure that there will be people who will think the price for the services rendered is high. I will say that we have 3600 sqft of living space in our 5 bedroom home. And did I mention the three dogs, a husband with an aversion to housework, and a job that has me traveling for weeks on end? I've already booked Andrea's for a bi-monthly service. I figure her fee is a lot cheaper than a marriage counselor!! I cannot recommend her more highly ... and for a woman whose friends laughingly call her "Monica" (as in the ever so OCD Monica Gellar from 'Friends') ... that is high praise.

Never showed up after me leaving work early.

I wanted to have cleaning services on a regular basis. A quote was provided for this service. There was no follow up. I wish I went with another company so I would have someone in place.

Had them come in for one time cleaning intially which was excellent. then contracted for weekly service as I was very ill. then went to every other week in Dec when I returned to work full time, workers very inconsistent from that time, work quality inconsistent, address conerns to owner in late Jan. issues then with workers including owner coming anywhere from 1:15pm to 4:30pm, which I found particularly upsetting. Time contracted for was 1:30pm Every other Friday. Then this last week owner texted me at 2pm telling me she wouldbe there at 4pm, showed up at four thirty, when she arrived I told her I needed a consistent time she told me this was impossible. I said then just put me at the end of the day, she said she could not do that either. Last cleaning was shoddy at best. I would not reccomend them at all.

Andrea and her crew did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning our home. We've been in our home two years, and there are rooms we seldom (read that virtually never) use, and had cobwebs in the corners, and a heavy coating of dust. The floors are primary hardwood, and hadn't been really scrubbed (only vacuumed and "Swiffered") since we moved in. The crew cleaned every room, including vacuuming, dusting, wet-mopping floors. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled and the floors shined. What an awesome job. Based on the work Andrea and her crew did, we will definitely have them back. Unfortunately, her prices are too high for us to afford her more frequently. But if you can, she's worth it!
