Description of Work: I owned a two family home and just had the tenants move out.They left two out of three rooms of carpet in pretty bad shape. lots of stains to deal to be addressed. I wasn't sure whether I would have to replace the carpet or not. I saw a 'deal' on Angie's list from the company AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring for three rooms of carpet cleaning, so I gave it a shoot. Believe me when I say, I was absolutely amazed at how well they did cleaning the carpets. Very professional, and a terrific job, I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends.

Description of Work: Called to schedule cleaning and the receptionist was terrific! I did not have wall to wall carpet - I needed stairs and hallways done. was charged the minimum price and all went well. We have 2 cats, 3 kids and 2 adults and the cleaning went well. Some really bad spots and stains were eliminated. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Vinyl flooring was purchased through and installed by AJ Rose in three separate areas (two bathrooms and a hallway/pantry). Everything went very well and we were quite pleased. I didn't do a lot of price comparisons so have not rated them on price but my impression was that they were reasonable and with the Angie's deal it was great to be able to go through this well established company that specializes in flooring as opposed to a big box store.

Description of Work: I was interested in purchasing sheet vinyl flooring for my kitchen and having it installed. I visited AJ Rose in Burlington as my first stop. They had a wide selection from various companies and allowed me to take home as many samples as I wished to and were flexible regarding when I would return them. They were somewhat short-staffed the day I came, but the sales person was able to give me enough information (I had done some research on my own) and she took my contact information so that the installer could contact me to set up a time to come and do the estimate. After not hearing from the installer after about a week, I called the salesperson who told me she would make sure that the installer had received my information. Unfortunately, it took me about 4 calls until the installer finally called me back. The good news is that I was very pleased with the installer...he seemed very knowledgeable, was professional, and was able to provide the quote soon after the estimate. I had received 2-3 quotes from other installers, and not only was his the lowest for what he proposed doing, but I had the utmost confidence in him. It was a 2-day job and I'm totally satisfied with the job. He cleaned up thoroughly after each day (it was a 2-day job). I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend AJ Rose and the installer they use.
