Description of Work: They cleaned two rugs. When I bought the deal I didn't notice that it was wall to wall only. The second rug was an area rug that was the entire size of the room, but they said they'd have to charge more since it wasn't technically wall to wall. I don't understand why their price would be different. I paid the extra money and they did a nice job except for not getting under two chairs where there were dog stains (the reason I wanted the rug cleaned). Both chairs needed to be shifted in order to completely clean, but that wasn't done. The guys were nice, neat, professional. I would hire them again but I would be clear that furniture needed to be moved to completely clean the rug.
