Description of Work: AJ Rose was wonderful to work with. They were responsive over the phone and did a great job with the installation. If we put carpeting anywhere else in the house we will go to them.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning 3 rooms for $99. They were prompt and professional. They pretreated some stubborn stains and did a fantastic job. I paid extra to have my stairs done. The did a small hallway rug for free. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning, deal was $99 dollars for 3 rooms. I asked for 1 room, 1 set of stairs and a hallway they charged me extra for the stairs. They were ok, but I wan't happy about the additional cost.

Description of Work: Initial meeting to select materials was lengthy and focused on helping us find just what we wanted. Subsequent installation was done expeditiously and professionally.

Description of Work: I purchased a BigDeal for 3 rooms, but then realized I had a fourth room to clean carpeting. I was charged $44 for the additional work. The workers were punctual, methodical, and were done in less than an hour.

Description of Work: I needed the carpet in a five room apartment (plus a hallway, entryway and closet)removed and replaced. I found the gentleman who removed and installed the carpet awesome. He was Mike the carpet guy from Revere MA. I found the actual salespeople at AJ Rose to be somewhat "disconnected" from the transaction. I found them pricey but the carpet is great and the installation went off without a hitch.
