Description of Work: The service providers were on time and friendly. However the special deal of $99 for 3 rooms was not much of a deal after all. They didn't move any furniture so they only cleaned part of the rug. In addition, I hired the company to clean and remove stains and they were not able to remove all of the stains in the very brief time they worked.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job installing the carpet and it looks lovely. They were punctual and efficient in every way. My problem was that a small area of the coving lifted shortly after installation and it took eight calls and telling them I'm on Angie's List before they came out to take care of it. They did come, however, and everything's now fine.

Description of Work: The offer was for three rooms of carpet cleaning, up to 550 square feet, for $99. As I only had one carpet to be cleaned, I expected they could clean 12 stairs and a hallway in place of the other two carpets. The room, stairs, and hallway totaled 370 sq ft - well within the 550 sq ft maximum. Instead they quoted me an additional $50 for the stairs and hallway. This put "the deal" at $149 rather than $99. I found multiple (well rated) vendors willing to do the entire job for $100. Therefore I canceled the service and the deal.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in the halls of my apartment building. They did not make any attempt to remove any spots, and they did not clean in the doorways. I complained and they rather ungraciously agreed to come back and complete the work. When the workmen arrived, the man pointedly told me they would only be doing the areas in the doorways; there's no problem with clarifying the terms of the agreement, but he had a bad attitude about it, and it left me feeling unhappy with the professional services of AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. They cleaned the carpeting, but they were really s***** about it. Maybe that's how they treat people who only pay the Big Deal price.

Description of Work: Cleaned three rooms of carpeting which were badly stained. They called when they said they would, came promptly and were careful about not tracking outside dirt into the job. Cleaner was courteous and professional. Would use AJ Rose again.

Description of Work: Large Master bedroom and family room cleaned with Angie's list deal. Cleaner was very polite, professional and looks great. Only downside was my original appt not being put in their system and having to reschedule but they were very apologetic and threw in extra cleaning of hall carpet as an apology.
