Description of Work: Cleaned around everything. Didn't move anything. Very talkative. Missed areas. It was as if they were vacuuming. |I wondered if they hired extra people because of a big response.

Description of Work: They clean ed an older oriental. They did such a great job...the colors came out and it looked as new as it could be...something i had not seen in a long time. AJ will give you personalized service and i must say the remnants are beautiful carpets with a VERY fair price.

Description of Work: They installed a stairway carpet. It went very smoothly. The staff at AJ Rose were very patient with us (we were slow to pick a time to schedule), but when we were ready, they find a date to install that was quick and at a time that was convenient to us. They were very punctual, showing up exactly when they said they would. The installers were communicative with us, making sure they had the right carpet, and checking how we wanted it installed. They finished the job in under an hour and we are very happy with the installation.

Description of Work: High quality carpet and excellent installation. Just didn't think the pricing was very transparent- when they say the price is the installed price-- I wouldn't expect extra charges for the pad, installation on the stairs, and extra for "lining up the pattern properly".

Description of Work: New kitchen flooring was the job we paid for. While I loved the vinyl flooring style that we chose; my husband and I were not happy with the end result. Our floor squeaks like it never did before! We weren't happy with how A.J.Rose responded with our questions. One installer came out and said he'd return---that was almost 2 months ago. Still waiting. We think they may not have done an appropriate job with the subflooring part of the process but since we did not film them doing the job or watched them...we don't know what they did or failed to do. They also tore a whole in our screen door during the job which they did fix later. Installer had a very heavy accent so we were not clear on his answers to our questions -- not a big help!

Description of Work: The whole experience, from the moment I walked into the store in Burlington to the completion of the work (Luxury vinyl tiles in kitchen/dining area/hall and bathroom, a 3-day work) was comfortable and a delight. All my questions were answered. I was not rushed to make a decision. The 2 installers, Max and Alex, were gentlemen and hard workers. We got so many complements on the quality of their work! They also moved the furniture and put it back at the end. I highly recommend AJ Rose Carpet and Flooring and would use them again.
