Description of Work: Installed new vinyl flooring in kitchen and adjacent hallway and bathroom. Quality of the installation of the flooring once it was finally put in is excellent. Problems were with poor communication between the retail store in Natick and the installer, and the nearly 3 month wait between the time of selecting flooring and the final installation. We made an initial selection in the store and took several other samples home with us. When the installer came to do the initial measures, he assured us that he would communicate back with the retail store on our final selection of the style of flooring that we wanted. After that it was nearly a week before I heard from the retail sales person, who had no idea which style we selected. Fortunately we had taken a photo of the style including the label and style number when we were originally in the store. I emailed that to the sales agent. Then there were several delays in hearing from the installer again about getting an installation date. When he finally came, it took him and his crew two days to install because when, after the other two guys head prepped the floor for most of the day,he came back later that day with what he thought was the flooring to be installed, we saw that it was a completely different style than we had chosen. There was a totally different customer's name of on the sheets of vinyl flooring. So that took another day to get the correct product. At any rate we finally got the flooring installed and it looks beautiful but be mindful about making sure the installation people and the sales people are on same page. Also be aware that there are apparently very few installers these days who know how, or are willing, to install sheet vinyl, thus the long wait.

Description of Work: Pricing a bit higher than other places we looked at, but they sold us on their pitch of having amazing customer service & quality product causing prices to be slightly higher. Installation took longer than anticipated which was fine and the end result was great, but the guys doing the work did a lot more complaining than anything. That was the only negative in the entire process.

Description of Work: They put down new padding and rug in our large 24x24 family room. Workers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and we couldn't be more please with the result. The showroom person knew her products and was able to distill our needs down to several samples quickly and easily.
