Description of Work: The work that was performed was done quite well. However, there was never any follow up by the sales agent to ever see how the installation went or if we liked the product. The lack of a follow up just shows that I was just a paycheck to the company and not considered a true customer. I will find another location after this for just that reason.

Description of Work: Helped me to choose a remnant that was big enough to use wall-to-wall in a bedroom, and as a runner on my stairs. All I had to do was choose and buy the runner. They were able to install in a few hours, just days after my purchase. This included binding the sides of the runner, before installing it (beautifully) on the stairs. Great experience from the moment we walked in through the completion of the work. Angie's List coupon saved me $150!
