They were on time and they did a good job. They spot cleaned some of the dining room chairs and there were one or two spots that didn’t come off. Apart from that, they were on time and they did everything really well and quickly. I think I spent $220 on their services. I had mentioned to them about Angie’s list and when they were here, I had asked them if they could include the other rug. So they did include it and didn’t really charge me for it. So that was really nice of them. I will use their services again in the future.

We walked in on a Saturday and looked at some carpet samples that were quite expensive per sq ft. and the Manager (Barry @ the Natick store) showed us the carpet remnants that we could use instead (they were half the price and we could install much sooner since it was already in stock). We really appreciated this tidbit of advice and guidance! Monday morning Barry himself came out to do measurements and provide an estimate and by Friday we had the runner installed! We expected the process to take weeks but things moved very quickly which was great. For a small project like this we could have purchased a larger remnant and used what remained after the runner was installed to create an area rug but the remnant we chose was too small to do much with after the runner (we only paid for what we used of the remnant). We were able to get a better quality carpet going this route rather than special order carpet. The only thing I would caution others about a project like this is to discuss all the decisions that you will need to make (e.g. how do you want the the carpet to turn--in our case our stairs make a 180 degree turn and needed to decide whether we wanted the solid piece of carpet to go straight up regardless of margins or adhere to a strict margin and how to handle the stair lip) This wasn't discussed as part of the measurement/estimate and I was caught off guard when the installers came and asked me how I wanted it to be installed--I had to make a quick decision on my own. The installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and completed in the 4 hr window they estimated. Overall, we had a great experience and are extremely happy with the carpet we chose and the installation--we would definitely use AJ Rose again for another flooring project.

We were really enthused with them. They did a great job. The guy who came was Mark. I’m not sure if we used the special deal or not. We told them that we had found them on Angie’s list. They did a beautiful job that was dry and clean. The rug looked terrific. I would call them again and I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors. My neighbors asked whom did I use for my rug and so I told them about it. Their price was terrific because I know in the past it cost me over $200 to do what I did. They were terrific all around. We will use their services again in the future.

They did a good job. They were timely and competent. They dealt with some stains we had and did a good job.

We picked out carpet out in the Burlington showroom. The sales people at the showroom were very helpful and attentive. Another individual came out to measure the rooms a few days later and was very quick, prompt and courteous. We received a very reasonable quote (compared with other outrageous quotes we had received). AJ Rose ordered our carpet and it was available just a few days later, but they were willing to hold onto the ordered carpet for over 2 months while we waited to finish renovations on our condo. We called about a week and a half before installation and we were able to schedule an installation time easily. They were very flexible with our appointment and even moved it up a few days to better meet with our schedule. The installation was done very professionally. Two installers were sent out and each did a room. Both agreed that our current pads were perfectly fine and saved us several hundreds of dollars in not replacing them. With all of the expense of our renovations I really appreciated that they each spoke up and suggested not replacing the pads. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product and are having them come back in a few weeks to steam clean our couch and love seat.

I thought that the company was very professional but I chose not to use them because I found better quality carpeting closer to me.

I booked 3 rooms of carpet cleaning using an online special, and was given a window of 9-11AM. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning was here right at 9AM and was done by 9:45 AM. Very prompt, good service, friendly. I had not originally booked the stairs to be cleaned but he let me add them on to the service with no problem, just an extra charge.

The treatment was like nothing I?ve experienced. I went to this store, and I was ignored for the first 15 minutes, and then the salesman, Michael Barrington, approached me and asked me if I needed help and what my last name was. He left me standing there and stormed across the store, visibly angry. I followed him across the store and found him going through a file cabinet. When he pulled out a file belonging to someone else and read me her street address, I told him that wasn?t me, and he slammed the filing cabinet closed and swore at me, and said he was going to call the other store. Greg at the other store said that my Big Deal number came up at his store, and I was assigned as a customer there, even though I?d never done business there. Even the time response to my emails was slow regarding business with this company, and the person who was supposed to come to home for measurements was not professional, and he made me feel uncomfortable. Also, getting the estimates for the work that he'd measured took a long time.

When we needed to replace the carpeting in our very large finished basement, I went to AJ Rose in Burlington where I was greeted as I entered the showroom. The salesperson offered to help me find carpeting in the colors I indicated and let me know the price points of various carpeting so that I could make and informed decision. I brought some carpet boards home to choose my carpeting. The salesperson offered to set up an appointment to have the measurements taken as I was making my decision so that he could price out the carpeting for me, so I set up an appointment. The installer taking the measurements arrived on time, was efficient and pleasant. The day after the measurements were taken, I received a follow-up phone call from the salesperson to let me know that he could give me a price as soon as I chose the carpet. I returned to the store to return the carpet boards and placed an order that day. I was informed that the carpet could be expected to arrive within a week and that I would receive a phone call. The carpeting arrived, the salesperson called, and we scheduled installation for the following week The installers came on time, finished early, didn't disrupt anything and were totally professional. We had them move the furniture and everything was replaced exactly where it had been! We also had them remove and discard the old carpeting. I've had a number of experiences with AJ Rose; they've installed carpeting for us before and I've bought some bound area rugs from them. The salespeople and installers have always been helpful, prompt and professional. The prices are fair and they do offer discounts to Angie's List subscribers. AJ Rose gives you all the information you need prior to installation. Every experience I've had with them has been nothing but positive.

They were very efficient and very professional. They had a good selection, and we were very happy with the result. Their price was fair. In comparison to several other places, it was good.

The salesman at AJ Rose, Mike, was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the process. When I visited the AJ Rose showroom, I kept gravitating toward the most expensive carpet options (of course!) and Mike was always able to offer a cheaper alternative without sacrificing looks. Mike rearranged appointments to come measure when I was available. The installers arrived on time and were very clean and helpful. Everything was done perfectly. We love our carpet!

They estimated two days to repair the subfloring and then install the new carpet and coving. They had a large enough crew that they were able to complete the job in just one day. And they left the space spotless.

Was 3 HRS late but kept us informed as to his progress. This was ok with us. He cleaned the couches first, 2 couches were in one room and 1 couch was in the room that the rug was to be cleaned. Originally we were only going to have the 2 couches done but then we added the 3RD one. They were very accommodating. Over all good job.

We bought a coupon online. We had some rugs that were pretty dirty because of a dog. He made them look brand new. He was in and out within an hour and a half. He was excellent.

They cleaned our light-colored carpet and it looked as good as new. Did not take long to get an appointment, but they don't do weekend days, so someone had to stay home to meet them. The price was reasonable and did exactly what we hoped. We would use them again next time we need carpet cleaning.

Overal experience is very positive. They have delivered various carpet samples in bigger size which helped a lot to make decisions. Sales people were available for any questions and issues. One thing we had some issue was with estimate. They have used 12 ft wide carpet instead of 15 ft wide carpet which resulted much more square ft carpet than needed. That drives up cost for removal too. We had calculated ourselves total how much sq ft arpet needed and discussed with sales people again to change the measured sizes. Installation people very punctual, installed carpets in 2 rooms within half day.

The installation went well. While shopping the salesman was very helpful, giving us plenty of time to browse but ready to help when needed. They have a very good selection in their showroom. Installation occurred about 10 days after we placed the order. The installation took two days, but the installers were prompt in arriving and did a good job. They had to move a lot of furniture and also fixed a couple of squeaks in the floor. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend A. J. Rose.

I called the company and asked if my carpets can be cleaned (on a short notice) before my tenant moves in. The quote, the service and results were exactly as promissed!

AJ Rose was wonderful to work with. We needed to space out the installations because we could not empty all the bedrooms at once. They were very flexible in scheduling the installations.

From the very first visit to their showroom in Burlington it was clear they knew what they were doing. Really nice sales team , not pushy at all. Willing to give you the time to look around and come find someone when you had questions for them. The installation team was equally good. Very efficient and even helped moving the the heavy furniture. Did look at a couple of other in-town dealers but decided to work with A J Rose based on overall experience.
