I think that they did a wonderful job, and very pleased. They were accurate and professional and enjoyed their work.

The sales people were helpful without being pushy. They were pretty quick with getting it installed.

Our house is old and doesn't have a lot of right angles, but the installers expertly covered all of the oddly shaped nooks and crannies. They were friendly, professional, and quick (about four hours). We couldn't move all of the furniture out of the rooms, but for a small fee they handled the furniture carefully for us and replaced it when they were done. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and the rooms look so much better!

Everything went well. From selecting the right type of rug to installation, everything went smooth. Mike was very courteous and helpful. The installation guys were very clean and professional also. They are definitely one of the best companies in the area. The price they quoted was very reasonable. I was very happy with everything. The fact that they didn't push me to buy the most expensive rug was very nice so I could be more economical.

The repair was observed by my realtor who only had glowing reviews and whom plans on suggesting them to his clients in the future. Greg (the owner) and his crew were not only efficient, professional, and timely but very friendly making the whole experience enjoyable and less stressful. The price was substantially less than previous quotes and the results were terrific. If I had another place to carpet I would definitely call them!

They were very responsive. We needed them to be flexible in terms of when to install, as we were turning our attic into an office, and the construction hadn't been finished yet. We scheduled them to come 1 week in advance of them coming.. They came and did a great job on the carpet and the hardwood repair.

I contacted AJ ROSE through a special on carpet cleaning they were running through Angies List. They had an opening on short notice. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms. I would use them again.

The salesperson at AJ Rose was very good (can't remember his name). We wanted an inexpensive runner installed on our staircase to keep our dog from slipping. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They came out and installed it a week later. The installer was very professional, on time and was done in about an hour as promised. We would definitely use them again.

The rugs were very dirty because they were in the basement and they did a wonderful job. They showed up on time and the price was right. There wasn't anything I wasn't pleased with.

I used a promotion coupon for this service, the price was 89 for 3 room, i was suspicious, it cost me the same to rent the tools. the service was great and I am so happy.

The service was originally scheduled between "12 and 2", but the cleaners were running behind. They called to inform me of this. When the "12 and 2" window had passed, they called again to let me know what was going on and told me they were running very late and would probably not make it until 4pm. They were near the Boston area and we live in Southern NH, so it was an extremely long day for the poor guys. However, true to their word, they arrived a little after 4:00 and did a great job - very upbeat and professional. Carpet looks and smells great.

I had received a coupon notice via Angie's List for A J Rose Carpets & Flooring. I purchased the deal and contacted the company to set up a date and time. From the first call to the final service, everyone I worked with were extremely professional,respectful and accommodating. They arrived on time, were very thorough and concientious and the results were fantastic. They cleaned several areas including hall runners and stair runners....the carpets look like new. They also treated a problem area in the living room and I was pleased that the stain was removed. For future carpet furniture cleaning needs, I will definitely be using A.J. Rose.

I was happy with them. They came at the time they said they would come. I had a $99 coupon which was for three rooms, but they cleaned three rooms and the stairs also, and I was happy with that. They did a good job, though there was one old stain which they couldn't get out, it had been there for a while. I was impressed with the quality of the work. They seemed very professional.

The man that came out was very professional. He did a good job on the carpets.

I thought they were great. They were very hospitable and the guy that I worked with was very good. He was nice. He followed up afterward and he was good at following up. They did a very nice neat job. They left me with the left over carpeting squares. They sent someone over to recheck the measurements. They were willing to move furniture for me and things were left the way they were at the end.

They were very polite, easy to schedule. They showed up when they said they would, and they were in and out within an hour and a half.

I have an oriental rug that I asked if they would clean. I called to see if they would do the rug rather than the 3 rooms of carpet at the same cost. He told me they would if I would bring the rug in. When I took it in I was told they could not do the rug for the same price as the coupon. He told me he'd have to go back and talk to someone else. I waited for about 10 minutes and he told me that they would only be able to do it if I paid an additional $30. I decided to get my money back and left. I wouldn't go to them even if they were giving away free rugs.

A J Rose was a pleasure to deal with. When I set up my appointment, they gave me a two hour window of when they would show up. The day of the service, I got a call from the service guys telling me when that would be at my house. They showed up at my door exactly when hey said they would. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They even cleaned more than I expected them to .. they cleaned my landing for no additional charge.

They were very thorough on the phone with pricing and their estimate. On the day of service they called to say that they were coming early - but that didn't work out, so they came on time. They did the job promptly, were responsive to questions. They didn't move any heavy items around - I guess some companies do this, but these folks did not. Then again, we didn't ask. They did move the light items out of the way. They came as a team of two, the equipment was in their van with hoses extending into the house, plus some hand tools like brushes and spray bottles. In the end they accepted a credit card for payment and left. Couldn't ask for more.
