It was excellent! Nice people, thorough clean. I hadd thought that the carpet would have to be replaced because it was so very dirty, but they got out practically all the spots, mostly made by my two dogs. There are one or two small uncleanable bits left, but I am more than satisfied: I am delighted! And I do not have to replace the carpeting.

We had a 2-4 pm time slot scheduled and confirmed the day before.In advance, we picked up all all but the heavy furniture from the floor so the cleaners would be able to access most of the carpet. Unfortunately, the technician's truck broke down just after noon. He called to say that he wasn't sure he would be able to make it to our house before 4.....but he WOULD be there. Since the timing didn't matter to us, we assured him that we appreciated his call and would look forward to his next time estimate. Shortly after 4 he called to say the truck was fixed and he was about half an hour away. There were no problems from then on. Two friendly technicians started in our office where my husband had been working so that he could get back to work ASAP. In about 15 minutes my husband was back at his computer. They did an excellent job working around us to complete the cleaning quickly and communicated well with us. In an hour and a half or less the carpets were clean and we went out to dinner while the carpeting started drying. We had thought to have an upholstered chair cleaned, but the technician recommended postponing that project due to the humidity and the length of time the chair would take to dry. We appreciated that advice and will have them back.

Took the afternoon off from work to meet them at the house. Never arrived during the specified time. Had to call the office. The crew was behind schedule. I explained I had other work to complete in one of the rooms and the carpets needed to be cleaned that day. At first they indicated they would come no matter what time then they called back to say it would have to be Saturday. I had to negotiate to get them to come in the morning. The contact in the office promised to clean other areas in the house free of charge but in the end, the crew would only do the stairs and landing. (Basically, a $50 value.) The person in the office on Saturday could not help and although I asked, no one else ever called back. The office promised the crew would be there at 7:30 but they arrived at 8:00. (This time they called at 7:45 to say they were on the way.) The guys on the crew were nice enough and seemed to do a good job but we has some spots that looked like rust appear a couple of days later. We were able to remove with a spot cleaner. I did not bother to call A.J. Rose.

Scheduled the appointment with a brief and straightforward call to their office. I was able to get a mid-day slot less than a week in advance. I got a call about half an hour early, just to check if it was possible for them to come by a bit early, and indeed it was. There was some construction on my street that made it impossible to park right up in front of the house, but the technician put forth some time and effort in working with me to get around the corner to a side location where they were still able to run a (very very long) hose into the house. After that, it was relatively quick --- obviously there was some noise from the work but I was still able to work from home just one room over. After it was done, we went over the carpet together to look at the results, it all looked good, so I wrote out the check and we were all set. It took a few hours for the carpet to dry to touch, but all that was explained when he left.

I called AJRose about 6 weeks before I needed them to come out. The told me they weren't scheduling that far ahead and to call back a month before I needed the work done. That was little odd... sounded a bit disorganized. But I did call back, they did schedule us in the time slot we needed. The worker came, behaved professionally, did a good job cleaning the wall-to-wall carpet(s) in one section of the house. They were only in the house about 15 minutes, which I felt was a very short time based on other experiences I'd had with carpet cleaners. But the final product was acceptable and they didn't try to sell me additional services or products, which is something other cleaners have done.

They were very pleasant on the phone setting up the appointment. The two gentlemen that did the work were on time and very polite. They did a very poor job in cleaning my carpets and I am looking for another company to re-clean them. I used a Groupon for this service but I didn't save any money since I need to pay another company to come in and clean them. This was my first dealing with Angie's List and I'm not impressed.

Highly satisfactory experience from top to bottom. Initially spoke with Mary who, after I explained what we needed done, suggested I purchase their Angie's List coupon for $99 instead of paying the regular $140 charge (minus 15% for Angie's List members). Asked if we could get an appointment scheduled for the current week, instead of the following one. She put the request through to their schedule, from whom I had a callback with a couple of hours. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Mark came out, did a fantastic job, and couldn't have been friendlier. Our carpets look so much less drab and worn. This was easily worth the cost, and I would hasten to use A.J. Rose again and to recommend them to anyone.

As far as I could tell none of the stains were removed. The rug was filthy, granted, but we really couldn't see any difference. Pre-spotting was supposed to be included. I didn't see that happen, although I didn't watch the whole time.

This was a smooth process from making the appointment, the crew arriving a few minutes early and doing an excellent job.

The rugs were cleaned for the Angie's List Coupon promotion for 99.00 for 3 rooms. AJ ROSE did an excellent job and I would consider them again. They were efficient and did a great job on the carpets.

Good quality service. They were running late due to weather issues but phoned well ahead to let us know.

My carpets and furniture were cleaned thoroughly and I was very pleased. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Make sure when you call you specifically ask for the carpet cleaning department's extension as was pointed out to me when I called back with an inquiry.

Arrangements were made through Pete at the store. I picked out my carpeting. The installer came as scheduled, on time. He did a great job in installing the carpets. He also removed the oriental rug and brought it back to the store. Today, they returned my area rug and laid it. They cleaned grout. The tiles look like they were just installed. He also spot cleaned the rug in a small storage room.The people I have dealt with are completely professional. They all arrived on time. I am very happy with the service I received.

Great company very professional. They were in and out quick. Only downside was they couldn't get one of the stains out of the white carpet but I would use them again regardless!

Spot treated the stains, then did a very quick steam clean. Several stains were still in the carpet once it dried.

These guys are great, I always use them to do my carpets...they're professional and pleasant folks. I think their prices are very fair and again, I have been using them for 2 years.
