Description of Work: I signed up for a special through Angie's List for 3 areas of carpets cleaned by A.J. Rose carpet and flooring. I called to make an appointment and was set up within an week. I was given a 1 hour window of time that they would arrive. A day before my appoint I was given a courtesy call and told that the men would arrive within a half hour of my time window. The day of my appointment 2 very professional and courteous gentlemen showed up at the exact time of the appointment, asked if there was anything additional I wanted and helped me to move some furniture I was unable to move myself. They cleaned and deodorized each rug making sure they got into every corner and up against each baseboard. I was very satisfied and please with work they did. I would not hesitate to call on them again for any further rug cleaning I need. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They cleaned our three upstairs bedrooms, including the closets and halls. They pre-treated some areas with visible spots and the final result was excellent. Our overnight guests the following week complimented us on how nice the carpet looked and felt.

Description of Work: The technician showed up ~2 hours late. He rushed through 3 rooms ( 8X10, 9 X11 and 9X12). Two of the rooms was not very clean after the service. In fact they are no much better than our own carpet cleaner. I am very disappointed. Will not use them again.

Description of Work: Gentlemen arrived promptly, was very professional and went straight to work. he did an excellent job considering my carpets are kind of aged. Found a sapphire and diamond earring I had lost a few months back and gave it to me. it was a pleasant surprise to have it returned. I would definitely use them again even without a discounted rate. ****

Description of Work: Spot treated and cleaned 2 rooms wall-to-wall carpeting and did the same for 2 sofas. Worked hard at it, but a number of spots remained afterward - hard to tell whether that was their chemicals or our spots!

Description of Work: Very very disappointed. My family bought a coupon for carpet cleaning because they were highly rated on angies list. Coupon never said it was only for wall to wall carpet cleaning. I had a family room carpet ( I guess they would call a rug) and only a small area of wall to wall in a hallway to be cleaned and they refused to clean family room rug because they said coupon was only for wall to wall and it would be a different process to clean my family room carpet. How can someone not in the carpet business know that carpet cleaning means only wall to wall? We tried to reason with them but they would not budge. Terrible customer service . Will never use them for anything and have told as many friends as possible not to use them.

Description of Work: We did an Angie's deal for 3 rooms at $99 (and then a week later it was offered for $89). It was only a cursory cleaning, not a thorough deep clean. In and out very fast - about an hour. By coincidence our dog had a wet accident that morning and my wife pointed out the spot and they worked on it but later we could see it didn't come out. She got it out later with Hot Spot. So it's probably worth the money if you just want a quick cleanup but not if you have an older carpet or serious stains.

Description of Work: We have used the "carpet cleaning" special and were very pleased. We had vinyl flooring installed in our kitchen and were very pleased. We returned a third time to AJ Rose about 3 weeks ago and have been totally ignored! We stopped by on a Saturday to view some samples for new flooring in our bathroom. Told the person at the desk that we would like to schedule an appointment for a measure. After not hearing from anyone for 4-5 days, I called and was told someone would get back to me. Waited another few days and e-mailed customer service and never received a response. Went on the "live chat" section on their website, was told my concern would be forwarded to customer service and received no response. My husband tried calling and nobody ever got back to him. It is closing in on week 4 and it has become obvious to me that AJ Rose is seriously not interested in my business. I understand it is a bathroom floor and probably just a "small" job, but my money is as good as anyone else's and, being a repeat customer should merit service a little better than this.

Description of Work: I re-carpeted my entire downstairs. I was very pleased with the results, they recommended a better pad and it certainly was worth it. Carpet looks great we've had many compliments.

He listened to my requirements and was very helpful pointing me in the right direction for the best carpet solution for my needs. The selection is great; wide range of prices, materials and styles. Because I work full time, he came out to the house on Saturday to measure. We agreed on a price later that day and the job was scheduled for the day most convenient for me. The two man crew, Jose and Pablo, arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was done. They were great craftsmen and took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. I am very happy with my choice and the overall experience.
