Description of Work: Dick Osentan and his staff were great. The job was removing a shower and installing hookups for a washer and dryer. The bid was competitive. The work proceeded in a timely fashion. I got daily calls from Dick to update progress. Most impressive: my confusion over forward payments and statements resulted in an overpayment. Dick called me up, three months later, told me his bookkeeper had caught the mistake, and within a week or so a check for $1600 was in my possession. This was a stunning example of uncommon honesty and when combined with the excellent service gives Dick and his staff my highest recommendation.

There was a part that broke in the kitchen drain (cap to the drain trap) that had to be replaced so plumber had to go to hardware store and get a replacement cap. With the added time it became a costly affair. Otherwise, the plumber was professional and performed his duties well.

 + -1 moreThe plumber, Dick, returned my call very quickly and was available immediately. He was very professional and inspected everything, taking very careful notes. We didn't end up hiring him for the work, since it turned out the leak was from the condo unit 2 floors up and the owner preferred to handle the work himself. However, I would not hesitate to call him again for another job.
Description of Work: Had to locate a leak causing a water stain on my ceiling and wall.
