Atlantic is always responsive and in emergency gets someone here quickly. Ken L. has worked at our home a number of times and is a pleasure to deal with. He is also friendly to my unfriendly dog! I've used Atlantic over a number of years for both proactive maintenance and more immediate repair. The price always seems fair, they routinely explain what they are doing, showing parts etc, and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend the folks at Atlantic Heating and you are extra lucky if you get Ken for the house call!

Excellent - scheduled us quickly, did work in time frame quoted. Team members Ricky Lozano and And Yong were courteous, prompt, and professional. Left work area cleaner than at start. And replacement furnace has worked perfectly.

Atlantic was a great company to work with. They were very responsive and polite, and I'm very happy with the work they did for me.

Darren and team worked directly with our landscape architect to ensure that the design for the snowmelt was compatible with a few particular details of the hardscaping, e.g. the bluestone slabs on the back entrance. They coordinated the installation of the snowmelt with the contractor building out the new parking court and walkway, and had the whole system installed on time and on budget. They use quality parts and as far as we can tell their workmanship is high quality as well. We're particularly impressed with the ongoing support we've received from Atlantic Heating. We've had one or two minor issues with the system over the past couple of years, and Darren and team have always addressed them promptly and thoroughly and free of charge. Even when we erroneously suspected a problem with the hot water heater, they helped us debug the actual root cause (a faulty shutoff valve unrelated to their work) and made a recommendation on how to resolve it.

All work was done as quoted; workers went out of their way to be accommodating, workmanship was professional, neat, and practical. I was on a tight timeline and they completed this major job before my required date. Pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this project. The system works beatifically and quietly.

Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning responded professionally and quickly to my call. A service technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the a new gas valve and two sensors. A second technician, replaced the defective parts and serviced the boiler. Both technicians performed their work in a very professional manner, identified the source of the problem and clearly explained what was needed. I was impressed with their work and would definitely hire them again.

Quote was 8000 dollars above everyone else's quotes. They need to update their pricing

Fine. Scheduling for air conditioner service is about 6 weeks out if you schedule in late April.

The service man, who came out was wonderful. Didn't try to sell us anything. It was in the middle of a heat wave; and they came when they said they could. Reliable. Yes I would use them again!

David (from Atlantic) helped us navigate a long and challenging approval process with our board of trustees in our condominium association. He was patient and very responsive throughout this process, which included meeting with the board of trustees and setting up a site visit to another homeowner (so a trustee could listen to the AC compressor to see how loud it was). Once our central air install was approved, Al managed the entire process - which included installing the entire AC system within four days. Both David and Al were incredible - I can't say enough positive things. Al communicated frequently throughout the installation process - by text mostly (which was great) - and did an incredible job managing his crew and also ensuring that the lead was contained (live in a building which probably has old lead paint). David and Al both came for a final walkthrough after the installation with the trustees and management company to make sure that everything was satisfactory. They were incredibly professional, positive, and helpful throughout the whole process.

It took them over 3 weeks and a reminder phone call to give us an estimate for an $11,000 job. Due to their complete lack of responsiveness and interest we did not think they would be reliable and we went with someone else, much cheaper too.

They maintain my heating and AC systems annually and I've had no problems. They made a necessary repair on one occasion, the charge was entirely reasonable and I'm comety satisfied with the service I get from them .

Jerome was very professional and courteous. We asked for a maintenance of our boiler. Jerome cleaned parts in the boiler. Not stellar service but not anything to complain about either. We will definitely use Atlantic again.

They were on time and they called before they were on their way. They didn't take too long, which was great and they followed up about two days later and then a week later just to make sure. Everything went smoothly and they took us right away.

It's not a good time to try to get your AC fixed--90 degrees out and everyone wanting service. Atlantic was recommended by a friend. They scheduled an appointment within a few days of my call. Parts needed to be ordered and a second appointment was again scheduled within a few days of the part coming in (they had to work around my schedule). Both Mike and Alex were great--very professional. They do charge for mileage, hence the B on price, but I was very pleased with their approach and would call on them again.

They’re very good. We have a service contract with them and we’ve used them for years. My husband says they’re worth it for whatever they charge. They're very responsive to your needs. They are professional, on time, and they made excellent suggestions to improve our heating system which we went along with and we were extremely pleased with it.
