Aviv Moving and Storage

The moves everything in great shape and moved everything in to the truck in good time. They did let me know they would be stopping on the way to get something to drink. I think the stop was a little to long because I also stopped bob the way and they showed up an hr after me.

I needed an urgent move of furniture for donation and Aviv Moving and Storage quickly answered my inquiry. They came the next day! The movers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They had to work around some logistics at our high rise apartment with use of elevator and dock and did it without complaints. Thanks so much and would recommend this company to others.

They haven't actually done the work yet but dealing with their relocation specialist, Yesenia, has been fantastic!

First half of the move is done and I have high praise for them. Our stuff is in storage until the house is done. Let’s see how 2nd half goes!

The moving crew, led by Manuel, was excellent! They were professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make my move stress-free! The company was very easy to deal with, and were in frequent contact to assure my move day went smoothly.

They are conscientious, efficient, and did a great job. They care about doing a good job and your belongings.

After the company so I married you they called me and asked me if I would delete the review and what they do. I ended up having to rent a U-Haul twice to move with they could not move. Avoid this company at all cost they are not efficient. A good company would offer refunds to the person if the job wasn’t done and to U-Haul later it was never done they should’ve reimburse me my money apologize and never asked me to take off my review. To this day they still don’t see what they did wrong even though I sent them pictures of everything

Worked hare to fit me into their schedule. The movers were very professional, taking care to wrap all the furniture for transport. Everyone was friendly and finished the job on time-during the busiest moving day in Boston.

The movers kept me in the loop regarding their estimated time of arrival, and the move itself went quickly and efficiently. One of my pieces of furniture arrived without some of the hardware to reassemble it, but the pieces were eventually returned to me, and the company agreed to give me 10% off my next move to make up for the hassle, so I can't complain. 4.5/5, will hire again.

OMG! I paid a lot of money for this move. Three men showed up. Four would have made the job move faster. Not in my wildest dreams should I have paid such an amount. The kitchen was packed with absolute care but took way too long. Certain things like the phone should have been packed so we could find it quickly. I still can't find it. I have yet to find my small ladder so I can climb up and put stuff on the top shelf in the kitchen. Why can't I easily find it? I'm short, I should have found it right in the kitchen. I definitely learned a lesson in how to set things aside that I will need right away. Also, to pack my own things and have boxes on sturdy 6 shelf stands w/wheels that can roll right on the truck. The clothes were packed into boxes but next time garment bags on wheels will be the way to go. I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the box. I ended up flipping the box over and dumping the clothes out on the floor. Because I paid so much for the move I couldn't hire any helpers and had to unpack my stuff alone and is why two weeks later I'm still unpacking. Fortunately, my mom has a caregiver that can unpack her stuff.

The 4 man crew that moved us was great. They were responsive to my needs and did everything I asked of them. I would definitely recommend them. The price was good too.
