Aviv Moving and Storage

The crew was great, they packed a lot of stuff neatly, I was impressed. They were friendly and reliable!! They were unfortunately several hours late to unload which wasn’t great.

We found them on Home Advisor. We were moving a college daughter's items in a storage unit to another city and state. They gave a fair price. Told us how long it would it take and did exactly what they said they would do. We were not in the City where the items were being picked up from the storage unit so I was a little concerned. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.

The guys moving my furniture was very good but the office customer service very very bad. Nasty attitude when talking to me after picking up my furniture I call for them to bring it back the man in the office not good customer service skills!

Was a last minute decision as I had to move out in a hurry. They came on time and were prompt. Only thing is, they damaged the roof while moving and I did not see it happen and didn’t ask for repair and Ate up the cost.

I would use this company for a local move. The people there are nice and pack things very professionally. For long distance move items are transferred to a different truck and shipped by a different company. I was very happy with loading my things but how they were received was not representative of the standards I was expecting. Aviv seems like a good company and may just need to be more careful with the companies they work with.

Driver called to tell me he was on the way.went about the moving immediately upon arriving at the address and proceeded to the drop of address.did exactly what they had been asked to do.very happy with this company

They said they would arrive between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. They didn?t arrive until 5:30 PM and the workers were exhausted by that time.

Professional group of guys moved a piano to a second story apartment for my niece. It was a Hot day and they were efficient and courteous.

Their quote came in middle of the road among the three I received for my local move a few towns over. They were willing to negotiate to get my business. They were not my most local option but price came in reasonable. The customer service rep I was assigned was nice to work with, always sounded caring, and I called her multiple times leading up to the move. I changed my move out/move in times several times and they were able to accommodate and showed up on time. The jobs came in slightly under estimate since the 4 guys were quite efficient, and I moved a lot of smaller/fragile things myself. They brought packing materials even though I said I didn't need any, and packed up the couple of things forgotten in back of closets, etc. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture (except baby crib for legal reasons) in better condition than it was before! (E.g. my table had been wobbly, they tightened it up.) I was nervous because I didn't have a personal recommendation from a friend for these guys, but it worked out and I would recommend to a friend.

The four guys that moved me from apartment to new house were very efficient as they moved a lot of freight in the 5 hours. They were also flexible as I needed them to also pick up piano and boxes at a storage unit.

Great experience, from the first contact to the movers arriving on time and moving fast.

The two men called 1/2 hour before arriving, arrived promptly and were very courteous. The move, even though it was only a few pieces of furniture, went smoothly. They wrapped the furniture to ensure no damage. They arrived at the new location and quickly had the pieces unloaded.
