Aviv Moving and Storage

The movers came. They were on time, fast, polite even when we were getting in the way they were so patient. I cannot say enough about these individuals. I would always use them they have a customer for life. The amount for the move was more than reasonable. This was my 1st time using any movers. They made it so enjoyable. Thank you.

They sent a truck wayyy too large for a small job as I described to the agent during scheduling, but luckily was able to fit it across the street from my house by chance. Fast and efficient workers. Polite. Would use again.

The company moved my son's furnishings cross-country. They were pleasant, courteous, and efficient. They came within days of me requesting their services. There were no hidden expenses and the cost was very reasonable.

We needed someone for three hours to move things between three different houses.

Great movers. Professional and did a great job from start to finish.

I hired this company to move my furniture, etc. and while the 3 men were friendly and packed everything in blankets and extra boxes, a lot of items arrived at the destination, a distance of less than a mile, damaged, dented and gouged. Apparently, the damaged items were not secured when they got on the truck, but rather arranged around loosely. If you do decide to hire Aviv, be sure to buy the insurance they offer, which I found out carries a $250 deductible. I did get some money back but, in retrospect, it was not worth it because some of my furniture got ruined beyond repair.

I booked Aviv Moving and Storage for a certain amount of time over the phone, I am severely disabled, when they stated working they told me they needed to be someplace else they threw the boxes around and broke things, because of Covid they would not touch any loose items,I called the office and I was told it will cost up to an additional $1000 to send another team, the driver tripped and fell on the job and I was very concerned about that but the manager did not seem to care, I was charged for packing materials that they did not use, the mess that the movers caused create a total disaster, I am so disappointed

crew worked very hard on a hot day and observed the current conditions by wearing masks. took excellent care with everything and was moved with out any damage at all could not have been happier with the crew provided

fast delivery, easy communication. I had to pay premium price for the moving 'cause the guy said there will be 4 guys moving the piano. when they came, I saw one guy roll the piano on a wheel across the pavement into my garage. It was a really easy job for them. the piano wasn't moved carefully 'cause there was only 1 guy. the receipt says 4 guys 2 hours + $100 gas. but the whole thing took at most 1 hour, and I saw only one guy. I believe I overpaid. the price was agreed and paid in advance, but the work quality and service is not as promised.

Pleasant, courteous and efficient staff.

I had 3 guys move me, and I m an older woman by myself. They couldn t have been more courteous and helpful. They worked hard and fast. Everything that was moved arrived as it left, nothing was missed or damaged. A very professional crew, I highly recommend them.

On time and hard workers...they moved a very heavy marble dinning room table without issue.
