Description of Work: They took down and away the old garage door & parts(great) and replaced with a new one. I got all the features I asked for and to date am very pleased with the service received. Getting in and out of the garage is much easier and quieter. Great Job!

Description of Work: Jay from Goodrow Door Solutions returned today to install our replacement garage door. He was here last week to evaluate and attempt to repair a 10+ year old unit. Because of concerns about home electrical system he though an electrician should evaluate before replacing. After doing so, we scheduled the replacement. On each of three visits he was concerned about not doing excess work or replacing in case it wasn't necessary to avoid spending unnecessary money. During service visit he also serviced other garage door, no charge. He arrived promptly (a bit early) for each visit, always at the front end of a 2 hour window. Would recommend Goodrow Door Solutions to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $49 Garage Door Reconditioning with Safety Inspection. The service was excellent. He put the door back on its track and did maintenance on the entire door and hinges. He was terrific.

Description of Work: They came out for tuneup on doors I have have old doors so we talked about new doors got quote,applied cost of tune up to new doors very helpful and good comunication.

Description of Work: Goodrow offered an Angie's List Big Deal for garage door roller replacement and tune-up. We got the deal for our two doors at $79 per door. The person who did the work was punctual and performed the services as advertised. He did point out some additional work that we might need to do but we did not feel pressured to agree to have Goodrow do it. We were very satisfied with the outcome and price.

Description of Work: Oiled, tightened and and adjusted my garage door, fixed the sensors so they would not mistake shadows and light for objects. I thought I would need a new opener, instead they got it working great in less than an hour. Only charged me for a maintenance/service call.

Description of Work: Evaluated our overhead garage door and, later when it finally broke, replaced the system.

Description of Work: Jay showed up promptly and evaluated our broken garage door. He was professional and knowledgeable. I braced myself for bad news, but he found a way to fix our door without having to replace the entire opening mechanism, which would have been double the price. He was very polite and we will use him again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I emailed them and they responded within a couple of hours. We made an appointment for the following day. He was caught in Boston traffic but was sure to communicate that he'd be a little late. He checked out the system and offered to replace a couple of parts or replace the whole unit. He carried all the parts in his vehicle. I decided to replace the entire unit. I took him about 45 minutes to replace everything. Quick and efficient.
