Robert answered my call first, while I was still on the phone with the referral agency! Then he texted, with all his contact info. I called back directly, in the afternoon, and we made an appointment for the following morning! He showed up on time, performed the job quickly and perfectly, and I paid h the amount he quoted. He also did some spot cleaning on upholstery. Amazing!

I highly recommend Archers carpet cleaning. The owner, Robert, was very professional and personable. I knew instantly that he takes an enormous amount of pride in his company. He booked us for 8 am and pulled into my driveway at exactly 8 am. He came in to look at what was being cleaned and explained everything he was going to do. The carpets came out great !! As soon as I had entered my request to have my upholstery cleaned, I received a call from Robert Archer. He quoted me a price and set up a time for the service a few days later. Robert arrived on time, introduced himself and his cleaning technique and set about the job. He worked diligently and efficiently and the chairs looked beautiful after they were cleaned. He even tried to remove an old stain that a professional company could not remove, at no cost, because he couldn’t guarantee the stain would come out! Robert’s prices were very reasonable and he was entirely professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

What a pleasant surprise to come home to see my couch looking brand new again. After taking care of my children’s dogs, we had slobber and hair everywhere on my beautiful gray sectional . Returning home to see the beautiful work that was completed restoring my couch to perfection. It feels great and we’re so pleased with the hard work that Robert from Archer completed ! I called Archer to clean my upholstery, one of which was stained with recent cat urine. Rob, the owner, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! Rob was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend.

I had a couch and loveseat cleaned. They came out great! I also had him do an area rug that came out great. While he was here I asked about a dryer vent cleaning and he said he could do it while he was here! I had him clean the vent. Great prompt service! His prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use this service again! Thank you Rob!

Two men arrived on time and immediately went to work on my carpets and area rugs. Robert (owner) explained how everything works and easily answered any questions that I had. After a couple of hours they finished leaving my carpets and rugs cleaning and smelling sweet. I would definitely use them again.

Robert Archer of Archers Carpet cleaning was a pleasI ure to do business with. He responded promptly with an estimate and showed up on time for the appointment. He provides a variety of helpful services. In addition to cleaning my one carpet I also had him clean out the dryer vent in a rental property. When he gave me an estimate it was a firm price and he did not try to upsell me. In addition to steaming the carpet, he vacuumed, then washed, steamed, protected, and deodorized. He also spent time educating me on why he does the process he does. I would highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.
