Robert, the owner of Archers, was polite, friendly and professional. I hired him to shampoo my stairs and area rug and when done both looked excellent.

Rob was great. He was very easy to communicate with and had a good amount of availability. He did a great job cleaning the vents and the price is consistent with previous company that I used. My only complaint is that I did not realize that he would not also be cleaning the bathroom fan vent (previous company included). This is minor but could have been an issue if I did not have another option but there is a pretty significant fee if you want to use your debit card, which was not discussed beforehand.

Had some real tough dog stains over time that I couldn't clean. He 90% . Time to get rid of the carpet
