They called to remind me and to confirm appt. And the gentleman David was quite the professional and expert cleaner. He was patient, answered every question and left the place and carpets clean beyond my expectation. Bravo Archer!!

He did clean the rugs, they were horrible so there was not much he could do there, they are 8 years old and never been cleaned so in that respect he did a good job. My objection was that he took the liberty of using the water spicket without asking either me or the landlord, it would have been perfectly fine but he should have asked. My other issue was that we just did not hit it off, rightfully so, he was very matter of factly, perecise and was there to clean my rugs but he just did not seem to have any personality.

It was a very late arrival due to their earlier job that day but the cleaning of 2 sofas, 2 rugs and a dryer vent went well. He was friendly, efficient and thorough.
