We are very pleased We are long time customers of Papalia Plumbing because they are so dependable. Someone always answers our call, makes an appointment, and experienced, friendly plumbers arrive on time, ready to work. | Once a part failed just short of one year later. Even though we didn't even realize that it was under guarantee, they replaced the part and did the work at no cost to us

Description of Work: They replaced the coil on the reversing valve of a heat pump that had been making a loud buzzing noise. The first repairman was inexperienced with this type of problem and couldn't resolve it. He ordered a part--a transformer-- that was very expensive and wasn't needed. Two weeks later, one of his supervisors came back, diagnosed and resolved the problem, and gave me a discount on his labor because of the previous work that had been done. He did fix the heat pump, but the first attempt was frustrating and expensive.

The most efficient, cost saving condensing boiler on the market. | |I spent a lot of time researching and comparing Burnham, Buderrus and others and no one has the ability to match heat loss for each area of the home and provide the high cost savings potential. | |Few issues were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend this company because they offer excellent followup, the best cost saving boiler technology and good service support after the installation.
