Description of Work: Our faucet in bathroom burst. On their first visit over they discovered our incoming water pressure was too high (well above code). We had them install a pressure regulator and expansion tank. They then installed a new bathroom pedestal sink and new faucet. Not sure if their price was reasonable or too high for all that work. We had plumbing work done in ten years. |Contact with office and visiting plumber were all very professional, and friendly. Plumber always wore protective shoe covers when inside the house. Cleaned up nicely after the job. We're quite happy with the results and the whole experience.

Description of Work: The price for the initial visit was really reasonable and the service was great. But the cost of the part that needed replacing seemed very high and the installation took no time. Yet, the replacement of that part was pretty hugely appreciated - it's January and a bit chilly...

Description of Work: The primary problem was a leak somewhere in the network of pipes that lead to the two outside faucets. I had had another plumber look at it, but the problem was not resolved. They not only resolved the problem, they kept me informed, showed up on time, finished the work when promised and showed me how to bleed the faucets so that the pipes wouldn't burst again this winter.

Description of Work: We called them for a broken bathroom faucet. He quickly sussed out the problem, offered several faucets across a spectrum of price to replace the broken faucet, then cheerfully & professionally dealt with the arduous process of replacing the faucet and frozen shut-off valves located in a vanity that was NOT made for easy access. Once again, Papalia to the rescue! We love this plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced a pipe section. The fellow was very polite and professional and did a great job replacing the pipe. We would like to use them again. The only negative is the cost. We found them very expensive. Otherwise they were excellent.
