They were good because what they did was took the time to sit down and explained to me what I needed to do.I also took a class with them on how to do the backsplash and piling so I'm able to do the backsplash myself.They're always there for helping you to find what you need.You can go on the website, and what's on the website that you ordered is there at the store at the time they said, that it should be at the store.

The experience was good. It was easy to rent and it was a good location. The price was reasonable.

The drapes were very expensive. The refrigerator was about $500. They were very friendly when we got in. When we went for a consultation for drapes they were good, but after they arrange what to do, they are bad to reach.

There was no problem with them. They were pretty good. They came over and did all the measuring. They gave us all the color choices. They were sort of regular guys. The project took about a day to complete because we had them cut a hole on the wall and made a past through from dinning to the kitchen. The overall experience was great in the end but there was some work to get that point. The price was little higher. When I subcontracted through Home Depot, it was much harder to get directly to the guys. I may not use them again in the future as I have learn my lesson

I had a terrible experience with Home Depot. I had told them that in the South End where I lived there was a historical commission that had to approve anything that could be seen from the street. I had told them that they were very particular about that. The Home Depot crew in turn had told me that they had done a lot of work in the South End and were familiar with everything. They had gone ahead and installed windows which were not the type approved by the commission. I was later called before the city commission and was told that I would have to replace them. I argued with them and the commission finally told me that they would not allow us to do any more work if the windows wouldn?t be replaced. They were very strict. I finally had them replaced. The new windows are fine, but it was a horrible experience that had taken so much of my time and money. I would not use their services again.

The overall experience was horrible. There is a large disconnect between the service hot line, service technicians, and local stores. At every step of the way, I have gotten conflicting information about processes involved, pricing, refund procedures, service times, and how I would be contacted. Everytime I was told someone would call me with information or service times, I always had to recall to get the information myself. The hotline originally told me my refund (since the water heater was under warranty) would be processed once the service technician returned the old heater to the store. Several weeks went by, and no refund was processed. In calling multiple people, I got conflicting information on how to receive the refund. Once I finally got the information, the price was $400 different from what the service hotline had quoted me. I am still (two months later) trying to get the refund. This processes is made worse because no one ever returns my calls. The actual installation and product are fine---it is just the pricing and customer service which has been a nightmare.

I basically go to the store as they have good pricing and an assortment of products. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. The salesperson did not approach me for assistance. With my experiences, some of the employees are very helpful based on the given department. I will continue to shop at the store as they are a one stop shop.

I didn't know Home Depot would send out a contractor to install stuff. I did have to pay extra but it was worth it. I really liked that they picked up the door at the store and installed it the next day. It was just great.

INSTALLED WATER HEATER. GREAT. RECOMMENDED. WILL USE AGAIN.

THE JOB WAS THREE DAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE, THE TILE SETTERS BROKE A PLUMBING DRAIN, WATER LEAKED INTO THE UNIT BELOW US AND THE CEILING OF THAT UNIT COLLAPSED. THE RADIATOR SAT TWO INCHES OFF OF THE NEW FLOOR, AND THE FLOOR PITCHED AND ROLLED. THE THRESHOLD TO THE BACK DOOR WAS DAMAGED (AND STILL IS), AND THE FLOORS WEREN'T LEVEL. THE CONDO WAS WITHOUT A BATHROOM FOR TWO WEEKS. THE FLOOR HAS BEEN REDONE, THE CEILING IN THE UNIT BELOW US HAS BEEN REPAIRED. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOW NEARLY A MONTH FROM THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE. WE ARE OUT-OF-POCKET OVER $6,000.00 (FOR HOTELS, PLUMBERS, ETC.) WHILE WE WAIT FOR HOME DEPOT AND AAA CARPET TO SORT OUT THEIR INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. NEVER AGAIN. HOME DEPOT HAS A SLOGAN, "YOU CAN DO IT, WE CAN HELP." OUR ADVISE, DON'T BELIEVE IT, YOU CAN DO IT BETTER WITHOUT THEM.

I HAD TWO SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS FOR AN ESTIMATE AND BOTH TIMES NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I TALKED WITH A REP IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT AND EACH TIME THEY WERE VERY UNHELPFUL.
