This company is dishonest. I hired the company for a cleaning (category not listed in drop down). The chimney sweep took a picture of the liner and wrote inspection this chimney is hazardous. and (Note the misspelling.) He gave me a quote to replace the liner for $3,200.00. I have cleaned my own chimney in the past but was not able to do it this year due to hip surgery. I hired two another companies whose opinion was drastically contrasting to Elites opinion. Not knowing who to believe, I hired a third company who agreed with the second company. Both said my chimney was pretty clean and that I am doing all of the right things to keep the liner in good order. The chimney cleaning cost me $169.00. Stay away from Elite, they are dishonest and crooked.

Came out and looked at the job the same day hired them in the next day had the work done very clean professional and courteous they did great work

They replaced my hose Lake st. brighton, MA chimney liner. But failure the safety testing by Masssave QA. And did not pick up the phone to come back to fix the safety problems.

Be careful - chimney cage they put on was in the back yard after some wind. They did reinstall without charge.

This company did not complete our project as written on the first estimate. Came back the next day to finish what they didn't do. When son went to fix the shingles they destroyed and after I paid them, he found that they did not replace the flashing properly. My roof is still leaking and I will need to hire another pro, not one recommended by Home Advisor. Very unhappy customer.

Late to both appointments but am satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

They are very unprofessional, lazy, and did a terrible job, They capped my chimney with the squirrel inside my chimney, after they left the squirrel was looking at us for a week . We had to trap it ourselves and they would not help us ! I feel I wasted $600 For nothing . Do you not ever hire them !!

Both Jim and Joel were extremely professional. Job results were perfect. Very knowledgeable and neat Would hire them again and again. They did a great job.

They came on time and did the job. Still waiting on pricing for their improvements/ suggested repairs.

They seemed to be in a hurry even though they were almost an hour late. The service man Ozzie was a little argumentative when doing the 2nd flue. I told him to call his office if he did not believe me. They called his office and were told that this was part of the agreement. They left the chimney at the bottom dirty which I thought they were supposed to clean. Would definitely not recommend this company services.
