Joseph was very professional and thorough. He provided a quote for chimney repair and caps for both chimneys. I am definitely using them for that project as well. He wAs very respectful and cleaned up whatever mess was made. The office manager, Gina, was also very helpful and pleasant while setting up the appointments. Am happy to refer them to anyone needing their services!

the workers were professional and did the job quick. The secretary at the office kept calling me asking when she will get the check, and that the rain might fall. I told her a few times I have the check ready, but she kept calling repeatedly asking I will give the guys the check.

Geena was quick to respond to my inquiry via Home Advisor. The next day, Edwin and his assistant showed up, evaluated my chimney, cap and liner and showed me photographs of how things looked. He then took photos after the job was done and I saw how it was such an improvement from before. He was thorough and efficient. Kudos to Elite!

Our chimney was in dire need of some repairs which included a stainless steel liner,a new crown & cap,new flashing & some tears repointed . After getting multiple bids I went with Elite . Their staff ( a big shout out to Geena , thank you for all your help ) was quick & responsive to meet our needs & were very prompt . Their bid was more than fair & their workmanship was top notch . The workers were very professional & courteous & completed the job in a timely manner . I highly recommend Elite & their staff & would use them in again for any & all repairs .

I had a great experience with Elite Chimney. I needed my chimney cleaned and was prolonging the whole process as I didn’t have a clue how much it would cost. I was referred to Elite by a friend. Gina was very helpful and answered all my questions with great knowledge. Edwin was the person who came to service and was so polite and professional.

Fast reliable and well mannered the owner was very cocky and seemed to know it all and at theend of the day i can see why ...my fireplace looked brand new it was actually better looking then when i first moved in 11 years ago thank you edwin ð you saved my fire place

Customer service was great, had some masonry repairs done for a good cost, while they were here they did my cleaning and inspection on my chimney. Will be hiring them to do my annual yearly. Great summer prices!

I re hired Elite to come out for my annual cleaning and inspection of my fireplace . They return yearly, theyâ  re a good cost,â  friendly and knowledgeable! I will Continue to use them as long as i have a fireplace and as long as I heat my home with oil.

They supposedly cleaned our chimney then did an inspection using a cell phone. They indicated that we needed $9000 worth of repairs. We had our contractor look at the chimney and he said **no**. This company is a scam. Dont call them.

The employee was. about 2 hours late. He spent no more that 15 min on the job and I have still no received any inspection reports.

DO NOT HIRE, Edwin their technician/owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. He cursed at me when i highlighted that the work they did was subpar and dangerous, they do not use proper materials or construction methods. He told me ' its my way or the highway' refused to do the work correctly and when i highlighted that the contract says lifetime warranty he said ' This is all you are getting and i am not going to fix anything'. They call and follow up with you constantly to get the work and collect the check but once there is an issue i had to call them for a month almost everyday for them to even call me back. DO NOT HIRE they are a disaster and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and down right RUDE.
