3 guys came in my house for about 15 minutes and left. Never told me anything about the inspection. Might have to have someone else inspect it before I light a fire in it

When the tech showed up he realized my fireplace was self contained and needed no attention. He said cleaning the window was easy enough and to charge me for it would be a ripoff. Having a really honest person was refreshing.

Sammy who was the point man, was phenomenal. He kept me abrupt to everything he and his co workers was doing. More importantly, they cleaned up afterwards

They were very honest with me on the cleaning and rate. They quoted $149 but that was for a two flue chimney. I only had one, so they reduced the rate to $89 when they could have ripped me off for the additional amount and not said anything. After ten years of use I expected them to say I was on the verge of a chimney fire, but the tech said I probably could have gone another ten years (better safe than sorry, and peace of mind). They did sell me on a cover which seemed expensive, but it is cheaper than replacing a whole chimney from damage. Overall, quite satisfied.

They were prompt & efficient. They came, explained the issue and how to resolve and wasted no time getting the job done. Especially impressed with being walked through the process. Good job!

Worst customer service ever. Called with "we are on the way" for first appointment date. Pulled a no show. Rescheduled for today. Another no show. Do not waste your time unless you like sitting around waiting.
