I was impressed with service work performed by Elite Chimney. With winter approaching, I wanted our chimney for our wood stove looked at and cleaned if necessary. We had it cleaned a year before but never used it. They came out at 8am on the dot. Super prompt, which I was thankful for since I had other things to do that day. The rep took a look at our stove and was happy to answer all of my stupid questions. Even though I called them out for that, he also wanted to take a look at our mechanical chimney which vents the furnace. (Hadn’t even though about it). They found that it was full of leaves, mainly due to there being no cap on the chimney. They cleaned out that chimney and put on an all stainless steel cap. They also cleaning the chimney for the wood stove free of charge. He patched up some cracks around some entrance ducts in the chimney too (also free). They also let us know of some potential concerns they saw in our mechanical. They took a bunch of photos and gave us a quote for fixing it. Overall very satisfied with the work that was done, and would recommend them to another.

Although the work was done well. They were scheduled to be here at 1000am but did not show up until after 100pm.

Prompt, courteous and friendly

When we hired this company we said it was for cleaning and repair. The guys shows up with only a shop vac. They said they would be back before 9 AM the next morning with the repair parts. They never showed, never called, and won’t answer the phone!!!

all they did was degrade the stove I had which is one of the best you can buy was finished in ten minutes wondered if they really did brush the flu because I never heard the brush come down

Sammy and his partner were on time, got right to work, and had two chimneys cleaned and a stainless liner installed in one within three hours. The results were excellent. The only issue is that I have to wait for a good rain to determine if the problem of water coming down the chimney has been corrected.

Did not feel confident that they had the experience to do an adequate exam of the condition of the old chimney

They were late and missed the window of service they had communicated, but they did come that same night and were clean and quick.

I really liked the service that Elite provided excellent service. The only issue I had was I wish they would have call to confirm the appointment, but the professional was on time for the service.

Only downside was that they where 2 hours late for the appt.

The gentleman who came for the inspection not only informed me of what he saw but as took photos so I could see everything he saw, he quoted me a price and the work was complete the same day. Professional, informative and polite. I would highly recommend this company

Work was done at a great price but they didn’t clean up around and in the chimney when they were done.

1) Left wood stove ash pan full of flue sweepings. 2) Beware of attempted upselling of work needed. Remember, you cannot see the condition of chimney crown or the flue cover, unless you have a camera toting drone. 3) Don't pay PA sales tax on this service, at least not yet. 4) Otherwise, crew showed up on time, were courteous and pleasant to have perform the service.

I contacted Elite. We had to reschedule, because they failed to show on the 1st appointment. On the reschedule date I contacted them when there was 45 minutes remaining on their "window". Thay assured me their technician would be there in 10 minutes. 1.5 hrs later, I called again to see where the technician was. He was given the wrong address, made no attempt to correct the address or contact me. I informed the service rep to lose my phone number and not even attempt to contact me again. I will never use this company. I will not recommend them. I will not acknowledge their existence.

Price for cleaning was fair. Price for additional services was way too high for the work performed.

I was advised on the cracks at the chimney top. They offered to do the repair which did my self. Other wise I was pleased with the service.

They even took the time to advise me about other potential issues with our house. These issues were NOT ones that they would work on - just giving us great advice.

Terrible, they didn't know serve they were performing, we're late, asked to use my ladder and tried up selling after terrie service and then my furnance stops working
