This company was very good at responding to my need in a timely manner. Thwy tried to arrive when scheduled or they notified me if plans changed. The service man was extremely courteous and helpful. He did a clean job and made recommendations.

I would not hesitate to hire them again, in fact I have already planned to have them come back next fall to clean my chimney and dryer vent,

The original chimney sweep was done efficiently and was a good value. We were upsold on a liner for the chimney, which turned out to be very expensive. After the fact I researched the material costs and was surprised on how less expensive it was available for online. Shame on me for not doing this first. In addition the first time we used the fireplace the house was filled with smoke. It turns out that the cement used to seal the liner had prevented the damper from opening correctly. They returned promptly and repaired the problem. The service individuals and the phone contacts were all courteous and efficient.

I hired them for my chimney repairs and they sent two young guys named Joseph and Sammy. These guys were amazing they were very respectful and courteous, also very knowledgeable and were able to get the job done better than my expectations. I'd suggest requesting these guys when calling the company, they did a great job at my place. Couldn't be more satisfied with the work.

Were two hours late for the appointment. Were able to perform the required work and complete the job the same day.

Nice and professional. When they inspected my chimney they said that it was hardly dirty but still charged for a full cleaning when it didn't need it. Associates of company were only doing what was told by the company when charging so much. Do not blame the associates. Do not think that I would hire them again.

The initial meeting for an estimate went well, the price was very fair for the work scope we had decided on. Both techs that were here were very courteous and knowledgeable. I contacted them about 4 days later to schedule them for the repair work on my chimney. You will have a hard time reaching a person to talk to, you have to leave a message and they will return your call...promptly I might add! My initial appointment was for Monday between 8:00-10:00 AM. I had taken a vacation day from work because my wife does not like dealing with these type of home repair projects. At 10:30 AM I called and left a message to see where they were at, the person that returned my call said they were running late because the project had taken longer than expected and said they would be here between 11:00 Am-1:00Pm. I than called and left a message at 2:00PM to see what was going on...the person that called back and told me they had just left the job site and had a 1 1/2 hour ride to my home! They arrived around 4:00PM, and I would have been home from a normal work day 1 1/2 hours already...if I had known this I would have not wasted a vacation day! This was a very hot day, in the low 90"s, and you could tell that both techs were already stressed and tired before they even started on my chimney. They did get right to work but you could tell they just wanted to get finished and go home. And you cant blame them! The work they did was adequate, there were a few things I had to point out that I was not happy with but they repaired them to my satisfaction. They were finished around 6:30PM. The frustrating part was the runaround with the time schedule, in this type of business its feast or famine and I believe they are trying to get too much done in one day! But all in all everything turned out well in the end.
