Matt was a pleasure to work with! He was honest and up front from our very first phone call and shared his opinion on the outcome of a repair vs replacing the carpet. We ultimately decided on a repair on a carpet that was improperly installed and some other repairs in 2 other rooms. We could not be happier with the outcome. It seems like a brand new carpet. He is a real family man who seems to treat his customers like he would his own family. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Tempco floors. They installed vinyl flooring in our refinished basement, and we are very pleased with the finished product and the entire experience. They did a beautiful, quality job and transformed the room. Beyond their high quality work, Matt was a joy to work with and very professional. He was communicative, responsive and respectful. He provided his professional advice and explained every step of the process making us at ease the whole way through. We were so pleased with the quality and the level of service that Matt and Dennis provided. They fit us into their busy schedule on short notice and worked extremely fast, moving furniture, stretching the carpet, and then cleaning up thoroughly after the job was done. Matt was wonderful! I needed my carpet patched as we closed up a staircase and therefore second floor had an area without carpet. I went on home advisor and within minutes Matt had called to find out what we needed. We were lucky in that he had time and he patched the carpet that day. He was excellent at communicating and doing what he says he’s going to do. It looks great! Overall it was a great experience and we will be using him again for other projects.

Matt and Dennis did some necessary repairs on my family room and upstairs hallway. They fixed a seam on a 20 yr old rug and repaired 3 burn spots in front of the fireplace and hallway that had a bulge in carpet. They arrived promptly and called in advance for a time frame. Their work was thorough and cleaned up afterward for a cost of $250. I would highly recommend them for and repairs to all types of flooring.
