Kitchen was very good .2nd bedroom also.No complaints about bathroom.biggest annoyance was problem scheduling.Too rigid from our perspective. What was impressive they get prompts for not giving up when we had if it were ever going to be |Sc.might use again but we will try somewhere else first as a standard

Description of Work: We purchased a deal for a full house cleaning. They did an amazing job! They organized toys, made the stove shine and even got rust stains off the tub. We have hired them for regular cleanings.

Description of Work: Cleaned the house. They were in traffic and called 1/2 hour before our appointment to let me know they may be late. They were only 10 minutes late and did a fine job.

Description of Work: He was able to change the date for me numerous times and three of them arrived with their own cleaning tools and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal (3 people for two hours). They cleaned our whole house. They were very thorough and did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly and asked us about any specific requests for our job. The few things we mentioned they took care of beautifully and very carefully. The house sparkled after they left! We would absolutely recommend them and if we do decide to hire a weekly cleaning service, would likely go with them.

Description of Work: The services were not performed because the provider never showed up. I took the day off from work and lost a days vacation pay waiting at home for them. I contacted the provider on at least three occasions, set the date, confirmed the date, and they never showed up I called in to complain apparently after the deadline date and was told by Angies list, I won't get my money refunded. I find this a very unfavorable way of doing business and won't use Angie's list ever again. I will not renew my subscription. I want a refund of the $199.00 I paid and I will take further action if I do not get the refund applied back to my credit card. This is a terrible way to do business, I thought Angie's list was reliable, but apparently that is not the case. [member name removed]

Description of Work: I was moving out to a new apt. I had to leave apt. Clean but I was exhausted. |Job was ordered close to moving day. They jumped right in and the apt. Was sparkling clean.
