At first I was put off by the fact that the women spoke almost no English, but Junior managed to let them know what I wanted done. Junior was very accommodating and the young women very pleasant. Of course this was the 1st time here and they didn't know my style nor how much work needed to be done but that didn't seem to hold them back. Nonetheless, at the end, the place was definitely sparkling. I have to admit, I felt like they had to rush like crazy in order to cover everything, and if I had needed to speak with them about something I wanted done differently or a revised routine, they would not have been able to finish within the 2 hours. Although I discussed having cleaning once every 2 wks, and my intention was to have this company come back, the price ($90 for one hour with 2 cleaners) seemed too high. One hour, even with 2 people, would feel extremely rushed to me. So even though they did a very thorough job, I wouldn't hire them back at that high rate. Too bad, because I think they do excellent work. Naturally, I got a very wonderful deal via this Angie's List special. If you can afford them, they do a great job!

The whole process was great. Junior was very responsive prior to the service and was even able to squeeze us in before the end of the month even though they were booked up. This was great as we are going to be having a party in a week. Unfortunately we were not able to be home when they arrived, however my mother-in-law told us that they were very nice and did a great job. When we got home the house looked great. We have had cleaning services before (with other companies) and Junior and Carol did a much better job. Junior even reached out later on that night to make sure we were happy with the job (we were). I would definitely recommend GSJ Cleaning Services and look forward to working with them again.

They did a very thorough job. All of the baseboards were cleaned and the wood floors looked terrific. The bathrooms sparkeld and the bedrooms were spotless. The downstairs was immaculate. The house was transformed! We are so pleased with the work that we are planning to bring them in for regular cleaning in the fall. I recommend them highly!

We requested either two cleaners for three hours or three for two hours. Two came at the appointed time and the third arrived within a half hour as the leader said she would. They were very polite, professional and worked very hard. They also communicated well with me about priorities.

These folk were really great! Super job done well!!! My friends will start using them also.

They arrived about 10 minutes early, which was no problem, discussed with me what I wanted done, and then just got on with it.

The first date they offered me was too late for my needs, but a better time was found quickly. They arrived promptly and were very pleasant.

This was a big job to clean eight rooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms that hadn't been on a regular cleaning schedule for quite some time. Junior, Carol, and Darlene arrived early, got right to work, and it was clear immediately that they know what they are doing and, have a routine worked out that maximizes their efficiency and produces excellent results. When they finished, the whole house sparkled. They are VERY thorough! (Wiped down baseboards, cleaned under baseboard radiators, etc. -- even cleaned the tea kettle!) Very professional! Very courteous and congenial. They work well together. Their standards are high. I couldn't be more pleased, and definitely will call them for future work. This is a very high recommend!!!

GSJ just left my house after cleaning it for the first time but it definitely won't be the last. I called GSJ a couple of days ago requesting a cleaning today - Junior rearranged his schedule to accommodate my last-minute needs, He and the woman who worked with him did a tremendous job cleaning my 150-year-old house that has lot of nooks and crannies collecting dust. The house has never been so clean - it sparkles! They arrived exactly on time even though my house is on a difficult-to-find street. After a walk-through when I pointed out exactly what I wanted done, they immediately and enthusiastically got to work. I especially appreciated their attention to detail (every scratch in the bathtub gone and no sign of those little rings that appear around drains). They found objects behind heavy furniture that must have been there for years! Junior was happy to add any extras I requested and even did so without charging extra. The rate was the most reasonable I've come across and it was a joy to work with these very nice, friendly individuals who were clearly committed to doing an excellent job. I could not recommend them more highly. Believe me, you'll be happy you gave them a call.

Junior and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. We had purchased a special offer of 6 hours of cleaning for $99. Junior and two of his employees came, so it should have been 2 hours total for the three of them. They stayed for at least 2 hours and 20 minutes so that they were able to finish cleaning absolutely everything, and I can honestly say our house has never looked so good! They paid great attention to detail and did an impeccable job. He gave me a quote for regular cleanings that was very reasonable and we plan to have them come on a monthly basis. Highly recommended!

It was the best experience I've ever had with using a house cleaning service! Plus, the products they used did not bother me at all! I was so impressed that they were exactly on time. Everyone was very nice and had a smile on their face. Junior was very sweet to my dog who wanted to "help" wherever he went. The entire experience was great, starting from their prompt responses and flexibility with varying schedule. I can't wait to have them back and I would recommend them to everyone!

GSJ is owned by husband and wife team Junior and Carol. Junior himself is part of the cleaning team that comes to our house. He and his team are highly competent, professional, and personable. We've been using GSJ for several months now and couldn't be happier. They offer a variety of services and options - we use them once or twice a month, but know others that use them more frequently. GSJ came on the recommendation of two of my neighbors in Newton who also use them. They usually come with about three cleaners, which means they are in and out fast - for us its typically less than an hour. We have used two or three other cleaning services in the past, but GSJ is the best we've used. Highly recommended.

They have been great and it takes them less than an hour. Three employees come out and one is the owner. They are always very easy to contact and very efficient. They are also very friendly too.
