The cleaners did a great job. However, the price quoted was a bit high.

This review is for their communication process only - it was great. We did not have them clean due to my schedule (but would consider hiring them in the future). GSJ cleaner Gaston (Jr.) returned my call the same day. He answered my questions, scheduled an appointment for a quote the next day, and asked me to send the address by text which he also confirmed receipt of. He arrived when scheduled, reviewed the property and gave a fair quote. Jr. was able to find a time on his schedule, unfortunately, I later had a conflict. As communication is a very big part of the service industry (and I've had many challenges with tradesman...) I was pleasantly pleased with the communication Jr. provided. If in the future I do have GSJ clean for us, I will update my review.

They did a good job! Very friendly, easy to schedule.

The toilet was so well scrubbed that some of the surface of the toilet seat was removed.

GSJ arrived exactly on time and did a great job cleaning the apartment. I wrote to five cleaning companies on Angie's list and only two companies got back to me. I needed someone to come and clean on a Saturday and this worked for GJS. The appliances and hardwood floors looked amazing. I would highly recommend This company to clean for anyone looking

Junior and his two helpers arrived right on time. They thoroughly cleaned the whole house. They were very pleasant and did a great job cleaning everything including the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, living room, dining room, stairs, etc. We will definitely use them again.

They were on time. Three people came and cleaned the house and changed the sheets on 3 beds. They got their equipment and were thorough.

GSJ cleaners are professional, courteous and very responsive. I bought a deal from this cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier. I am moving, and had quite a bit of packing materials and extra stuff strewn about. Not only did they clean up the areas in a spotless manner, they managed to organize my things in the living room and dining room, and it looked fantastic! Three of them came to do the cleaning and they had it done in less than two hours. I have plans to have them clean for me on a regular basis when I move into my new home.

Upon purchasing 6 hours of cleaning service through Angie's list, the owner contacted me and was able to schedule the service on the exact date and time that I requested. Junior and his team arrived, as scheduled, and got right to work. They cleaned everything as promised, and even more. After completing the job, I was amazed. They did an absolutely beautiful job. They were friendly, courteous and above all, great at their work. I would definitely use GSJ cleaning services again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service provider. I am so very pleased. Thank you!!!

Very well - they arrived early, got started quickly, and the team of three took care of the entire house. Overall a good cleaning service and we would use them again.

My appointment was for 3 and Junior c alled promptly to tell me they were running behind and he could be here at 4 if that was ok. Since I was going to be home it was no problem and I appreciated that he called so quickly. The cleaning was very good. My house had not had a good cleaning in about 7 weeks and having animals was covered with fur. They vacuumed the couch so that there was no hair left anywhere. The baths are large and I have a problem with mildew but they tackled it and it was compleltly gone. The kitchen and dining room floors were immaculate and the counter tops were perfect. They also cleaned inside of the microwave and the counters sparkled. Junior brought 3 cleaners with him so the work was quick and they brought everything they needed with them so I didn't have to do anything but tell them what rooms to clean. I would tell anyone to use this company. They are efficent, prompt and curtious.

We used GSJ for about a year for bi-weekly house cleaning. We have a 1,400 sqft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Junior was our contact, he is great, very understanding and responsive. We setup a standing bi-weekly appointment every friday morning before I would need to go to work. After about 6 months the crew showed up consistently late, when I say late it was not 5 or 10 minutes, there was about 45 minutes, 30 minutes, mostly 20 minutes towards the end. We would speak to Junior and the crew would show up on time for a few weeks but then revert back to being late. The cleaning started to get real sloppy also, would not move furniture (coffee table or couches), would miss end tables, bathroom sink clearly had dirt all over it, etc. Again we spoke to Junior on many occasions, he took it upon himself to come out and clean our house the next few times. The house looked amazing, exactly what we signed up for. Unfortunately he would not be able to supervise his crew every time they came to the house. So once he stopped coming to the house the quality drastically went downhill. The final straw was when the crew of 3 people came to my house and did not clean anything except vacuuming the couch. Not sure if they rushed the work because they were always late or just did not do a good job. Junior offered to have the crew back out to my house and clean that day but we just had enough.

The crew showed up as agreed upon on the scheduled date and got straight to work. They were all totally involved and never saw them take a break until the time they were done. Junior and crew did an exceptional job with the cleaning and our home looked and smelled so good after. We are planning to get their services on a periodic basis going forward.

I took advantage of the $99 special for six hours of cleaning .Junior was able to fit me in on relatively short notice which was greatly appreciated. After they were finished I noticed places that were cleaned that I would never even thought of cleaning before. My kitchen cabinets never looked better.

We had to negotiate a few times to find the right time for both, but once that was set everything went well.

The only problem with these very upbeat cheerful and energetic cleaners is that they will do even more than others and so one needs to tell them ahead of time what NOT to do...which takes practice on my part that I am still learning. Due to their very thorough cleaning, the house has stayed cleaner much longer than from other cleaners. They are worth every penny and more.
