Description of Work: There was nothing wrong with the dishwasher; user error! Nevertheless, Mark was very professional and all of the above. He reminded us that there's a 30 day guarantee so if something did go wrong withing 30 days he'd come out at no charge. That was decent of him.

Description of Work: After trying to install a new faucet and drain in my mother's bathroom by myself, and finally realizing that I simply didn't have the muscle or the right tools, I called several plumbers. Mr. Adams was the only return call I got, and that was within an hour (as I recall). He and his assistant showed up that day, and actually lowered the normal price since I had put the faucet together somewhat. Super nice and faster than I had expected!

Description of Work: Replaced a pump and pressure release valve on hot water heater. They were there right on time and flexible in scheduling the appointment. We h ave used them three times now and they are our go to plumbers.

Description of Work: They identified that a plastic connector on our Grohe leaky kitchen faucet and then swapped the same part from our second sink to the first (and turned off the water to the second sink). It took no more than 10 minutes. |

Description of Work: Mark and his son Rob (I hope I have that right) have done a number of small jobs at my home. I'm a DIY'er but I struggle with plumbing and Mark and Rob are craftsmen who make the job look effortless. I'm always very happy with their workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness and price. I will always go to Mark Adams Plumbing first.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet drain wax seal. Everything went very well. They were fast, efficient and performed top quality work.

Description of Work: I had a leak in one of my cold water supply pipe. Mark and his partner came out to check out the leak which was not easily accessible. He came back after the carpenter came to open up the walls and fixed the leak. It was a difficult leak to fix as the pipe was not easily accessible. The leak was fixed in about an hour. He was responsive and easy to work with. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Mark and his son (also a plumber) came to my house promptly at the agreed upon time. He came to fix the shower, which was a very simple repair and took a very short time. He knew exactly what the problem was, actually he asked me to text a picture of the shower mechanism to him ahead of time so he could diagnose the problem and know exactly what to do, which was a great idea. | |I also had some other plumbing concerns throughout the house. They walked through the house with me and answered various questions. Also giving a general price range. When something was a "nice" to have rather than a "need" to have, Mark was honest and explained that he didnt' want me to spend money unnecessarily. Refreshing concept! I haven't had any other needs, but the next time I do, I would definitely call Mark.

Description of Work: Replaced two outside water faucets. Rob was fantastic. He came when he said he would and left the areas he worked on cleaner than they were when he started. My previous plumber would have easily charged me twice what I paid. I now have a new plumber. I highly recommend them.
