Mark is totally responsive, professional and very reasonably priced. He shows up right away if there is an emergency. He finds the simple way to do things and doesn't make a big deal to get a bigger fee. I live In Lincoln and many contractors' pricing shoots up when they hear a Lincoln address. Not with Mark. He has done work for people in Weston and they have the same excellent experience. His estimates are right on the money. Mark is the old fashioned personal plumber who deals with you in person. I can't say enough about him. I let him in my house when I am not there and have given him a key. I trust him completely both in terms of the expertise of the service and his personal integrity.

Execellent. Mark was knowelegable, plain spoken, very responsive (even called back when he and his family were on weekend vacation). He was always exactly on time. He organized the electrician and the town inspector and they too were very professional and timely.

Mark responded quickly and came by to provide an estimate; I was with another individual (painter) and he took the sheet that listed the problems and went around the house to inspect. He was able to provide an estimate on the spot that was very reasonable. I called a couple of days later to hire him, and he was able to come out early the following week.

Very well. Plumber responded in a timely manner. Tried to arrange for someone to come to address our issues as soon as possible. The person who changed that water heater was very professional, very courteous and seems to know what he is doing very well. We were quite impressed and relieved that we found the right person to do the job.

I called Mark and he came over within a couple of days to look the job over and give a price. The price was very good so I hired him and he was able to schedule the first part of the work for a few days later. Mark and his son did the first part of the job removing the old fixtures and doing the rough plumbing for the new ones. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up before leaving. It went just as smoothly when they came back to install the new fixtures. I asked Mark to replace the toilet in another bathroom and he told me what the usual price was, but since he was here already he did it for less. He's the first plumber I've hired who I was happy to pay and I didn't feel ripped off. The job was done well for a fair price.

When I called Mark Adams and described the problems, he cautioned that they might not be as simple as I had imagined. He called the day before to confirm arrival time. Arrived on time. Completed the work quickly as the problems were almost as simple as I had imagined.

He came out and gave me an estimate. He got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. He had to leave a couple of times to go pick up parts. The quality of the work was good.

They showed up on time and were finished in less than 2 hours.

Mark and his son arrived right on time and got started right away. In about 45 minutes, our new faucet was installed perfectly and not only was the caulking done, but Mark taught me how to redo it if there's ever a need to touch up. Their price was more than reasonable and the coupon on Angie's List was honored. We also chatted about other bathroom improvements that we could do without tearing out the whole thing. Mark was very knowledgeable. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I will certainly keep their business card and call them again.

He cam promptly and did exactly what he said he would. His estimate was 50% less than any one else's. He was knowledgeable and I had hot water when he was finished.

Mark and his son are fantastic. They are quick, responsive, flexible, thorough, and considerate, everything a contractor should be. At one point I was laying a vinyl floor in the kitchen, and decided to ask if they might be able to remove the radiator for me quickly so i could lay the floor under it. No problems; they took the radiator out, we laid the flooring, and they put it back in with no charge or difficulty. We will most certainly be using Mark's services again.

His ad said "small jobs our specialty," so I gave him a call. He called back within an hour and came by the next day. The handle to the valve was so rusty it had already come off in my hand. He cleaned and checked everything. We discussed replacing the whole valve, but he said it wasn't necessary, that replacing just the handle should be sufficient. He had a lot of plumbing paraphernalia in his truck, and brought in a few handles until he found one that fit. It worked perfectly. On the way out, I complained about the leaky kitchen faucet. He took a look, told me that the faucet had years, more life in it, and explained exactly how to repair it. I did it and it worked.

They were fabulous in their quality of work, responsiveness, and cleanliness. They were prompt for the estimate and the work.

Excellent. Mark was on time, neat and very pleasant. He took right to the tasks at hand and completed each in record time.

After having several other plumbers estimate the job to cost $2800, Mark came in and told me that he wasn't positive he could run the gas line inside the walls to my kitchen, but that he'd run the water spigot and cut a hole to find out if he could run the kitchen gas line for $325. He showed up when promised, ran the water line, cut a hole in the wall behind my stove and told me that he thought he could get the gas line up through the wall and install the back yard gas line for an additional $1000 totaling $1325. He returned on time and installed the gas lines in a few hours. He did need to make an additional hole in my kitchen floor because of where the pipe ended up coming out, but he made sure to inform me before making any holes and did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself. I'm very happy to have gas in my kitchen for a reasonable price!
