My husband and I gutted & remodeled the kitchen ourselves. However, we didn't want to touch the plumbing part of the kitchen, so we contacted Mark. Mark & his son arrived as schedule and were courteous & professional throughout. They seemed very knowledgeable, competent, and honest. They did the job in good time and gave good advice (like the sink strainer we were sold by the home improvement store was likely to leak over time). I appreciated that with installing a line for the refrigerator water/ice, they came up with a quality, but affordable solution. Overall, we're thrilled with the work they did and would definitely hire them again. They also came in at estimate for the sink plumbing part and way less than anticipated for installing the fridge line.

Before the house visit, Mark had instructed me to call the faucet manufacturer and order the necessary part, and to select a toilet on a manufacturer's web site (he generally installs only one make of toilet). I was able to get a free faucet replacement cartridge and selected a toilet that Mark picked up for me. He and his son arrived on time and were very courteous and quick in making the repair and completing the installation. I later noticed a fit problem with the tank lid, but Mark provided a replacement almost immediately.

Mark along with his son showed up to replace it. They did a great job! They were timely and replaced the unit quickly. I would highly recommend them!

Mark & his son were over to replace an exterior silcock which was leaking like crazy. They where quick, professional, friendly and efficient!

I sent him an e-mail and he got back to me the next day and scheduled the appointment quickly. He and his son came exactly on time and took care of it right away. Part of the stove configuration was something he'd never seen before, but after consultation, they quickly came up with a solution to take care of it. Mark came recommended by my sister-in-law. He was able to come the same day the dryer was delivered on short notice. He and his son arrived on time and worked efficiently. Both were personable and competent. Mark also took the time to advise me about a boiler room problem that wasn't part of the job at hand. The only surprise was that the job wound up costing less than the phone quote. Can't beat that! Will definitely seek Mark's help with future work.

I am very pleased with Mark & son's work. While he is not cheap, his estimate was the price of the job. He is very professional and efficient. He is also genuinely interested in his client's satisfaction. Having had dealings with plumbers in the past who were primarily interested in the price of the job and little else, this was a refreshing change. I will call Mark Adams again for future work.

Mark Adams recommended a company by the name of Rapid Rooter and the persons name was Mark DeSimone, we called him and said he would be out between 4 and 5, he called back and said he was running late and would probably be a half hour late.Mark snaked out the secnd floor bathroom sink and is working fine, he also checked the downstairs bathroom sink and kitchen sinki and they were both fine. I thought Papid Rooter was very good, if you have to have all the drains in your house snaked he charges you full price for the first and the rest are at half price.To have the drain snaked it was $125.

Very well. Mark and son repaired my issues and much more reasonable than the plumbers found in the yellow pages.

Mark and his son not only did an excellent job connecting my gas dryer they went above and beyond what was asked of them. When they came over, I realized my dryer needed to be installed (the pedestal needed to be installed on the dryer) first. They could have left but they actually stayed and helped with the installation. As if that wasn't enough, they also helped with the installation of my washing machine, seeing I couldn't do it myself (my upright washing machine weighs more than 200 lbs). They are truly genuinely good people. I have become their customer for life after what they'd done for me.

We had a problem with our water heater and wondered if we needed to replace it. Mark came out, determined we didn't need a replacement and got the heater going again. He also made good recommendations on how to drain our dehumidifier and on options on keeping our basement dry. Throughout, he was professional, punctual and recommended practical less expensive options over more expensive ones .

Amazing. Just like the reports. Father and son came. Father did the work. He unclogged the disposal (there was a spoon that was stuck). He also left behind a tool that I can use to unclog the drain the next time this happens. He showed me how to use the tool as well. He was very nice, and wanted to save me money by giving me the tool. He also did not take the $125 he should have - or even the $100 with the coupon. Instead he was happy with $85. He was very nice and I would definitely use him again.

I chose Mark because of his high marks on Angie?s List. He replaced a leaky copper pipe connected to my water heater. He quoted me a set price over the phone, rather than an hourly rate, which I liked. He came over with his son, replaced the pipe, and charged me $10 less than his original quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable

He was at least twice as high as anyone else. He wanted this amount of money just to do the plumbing and I had to have everything prepped. He and his son were very nice though.

The service was excellent. After the first call, the problem persisted. Mark came back and fixed the problem thoroghly installing new parts and did not charge me again for anything. He was very professional and good service, going the extra mile for the customer. Sheer good customer service.

Amazing and Magic! This is the day before THANKSGIVING 2009 ! Two toilets arrive from HOMECLICK.com at 11.15 AM by truck I signed up for Angies list on 11/23 at 9 PM- 14 hours before Check in Angies the following morning at 11 AM Selected Mark Adam from options ist- his firm is 5.6 miles away. Call and receive answer from Mark Explain job and request appointment Mark offers morning Monday 11/30 - very reasonable considering Thanksgiving I report name of Toto model 5 minutes later and confirm feasibility with Mark Express my eagerness to obtain service any time sooner in case Mark saw an opening Mark calls back and announces he and his plumber could arrive in one hour and quotes price. I accept time and cost. 20 Minutes later Mark confirms direction and is on his way in his shiny van. I shut down house water and drain. 1.5 hours later both toilets are installed the shower is repaired, the old stuff hauled away, the toilets and the bath are tested, cleaned with paper towels and a check is issues and business card exchanged for future work Magic: AngiesList, and Magic Mark Adam, Plumbing of Bedford All "A" or better! I called Mark on a Friday to tell him I was having my new granite counter top installed on the following Tuesday. He was very polite and asked if the installer was going to disconnect the water and the gas or if I would like him to come out first. My installer assured me that he could do it himself. Mark suggested that he come the following day, Wednesday as often times the installation takes longer than anticipated. He arrive promptly @ 8:30am with his son whom he is grooming to take over the business. They were there for about 3 hours and hooked up and installed the faucet, dishwasher and checked to make sure the granite installer had reattached the gas to the cooktop correctly. A day or two later I thought I smelled gas in the cabinet under the cooktop. I called Mark and he and his son come out that evening to check the gas line again for me and found there to be no leak. He didn't charge for that visit.

They were prompt and had good workmanship. They were also informative, hard working, and on time. He was also helpful on other issues.

We had a leaky drain in the upstairs bathtub. Water had seeped through and damaged the first floor ceiling. He helped troubleshoot the source of the problem, warned us that he may have to open the ceiling but was able to fix it from the bathtub. He also replaced a broken drain-stopper with a simple foot operated drain plug. In addition, he fixed a leaky flush-tank and lowered the temperature on hot water heater. A very pleasant experience!

Mark and his son are fast and do great work. It's easy to schedule visits with him, and he's very straight forward about the work that needs to be done. Compared to other plumbers I've used his prices are very good, and his work is just as good as theirs (if not better).

Very well. They worked quickly and were good at diagnosing issues, very professional. I was a bit disappointed that the bathroom faucets is going to be more involved than I'd expected. They were very prompt. Due to a scheduling goof-up, I'd missed them when they came the last time and they were polite about it.

They were exactly on time, very professional, and even showed me how to back up the garbage disposal myself if (when) this happens again.
