Hats off to Dan Carroll! We hired Dan to upgrade the service line and connecting the central AC unit to the electric panel in my property. He pulled the permit and kept me in the loop, showed up exactly in time as he said. Dan is professional, friendly, and committed, he completed top notch project in a timely manner. We had a serious issue apparently caused by a bad connection in our wiring. Lights were dimming, flickering and several appliances had failed. Dan came by on time the next day. ( I had contacted him around 4:00 PM the previous day). He investigated the problem thoroughly, and so far the issue has not returned. If it does, I will call him again. This type of problem sometimes is not a black and white issue, but he spent a good deal of time and checked everything. His charge was very reasonable considering the time he spent.
