Greg Shanahan really came to the rescue, on very short notice, and thinking he was going to do an estimate for installation, not repair (due to my lack of communication). He switched gears effortlessly and found the problem in short order. He was extremely patient with my complete lack of knowledge, and very kind. I really thought I was going to need a whole new system, but for him it was a simple fix. And most incredibly, he refused to charge me for the call. He has a customer for life, and anyone in earshot will know what a great job he did! He is a real lifesaver.

Arrived on time on short notice---- I asked at the last moment if we could install prior to heat wave....It was done in less than a full day. The new equipment purrs like a kitten....much quieter and the temp is more comfortable than with the previous unit. Very professional and efficient. Guys get right to work and removed old interior unit. Truck with crane arrived about an hour later. The new unit was hoisted and old unit was removed. The final connections took about 90 minutes or so....sometimes there were two guys and sometimes three I think. It happened so quickly and quietly, that I was not aware of what was happening most of the time.
But I will say, the installation and the results are stress free!!!!
I did not comparison shop, because i have previously used the vendor. They installed my heating and previous AC units about 15 years ago and I was always happy with the results and minimal maintenance seemed necessary. I was surprised by the cost, but I did not want to use a big chain where it never gets done right the fist time and though they will always fix stuff, but it could take 3 or 4 times before the installers get it right..

Greg and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. We chose them because they had the best quality work in the area for very fair prices. At our first meeting they arrived earlier and have been ontime and punctual for every other meeting. Would highly recommend them for any new construciton, renovation or retrofit.

They seemed to be punctual. I haven't used the system that much yet, but they did the service in a very professional manner. Their price was fairly lower than the others. I was really pleased. They certainly did a good job at a good price. I'm sure that I'm not going to have any problems with their installation. I haven't used the system as I was out of the country. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Michael and Brendan who report to Greg @ Climate Engineering arrived at 7:30 a.m. I was told they'd arrive between 8:00-8:30 a.m. With the exception of a 20 minute lunch break, they worked straight through till 4:30 p.m. They did a wonderful job. They were exceptionally neat, vacuumed area once both units were removed as well as vacuumed again once the job was completed. I live in a condo building and prior to them leaving, they vacuumed all common areas of my building that they had carried equipment through. They updated me all along the way what they were doing, i.e., informed me that the new outdoor unit was going to extend an inch or two more on my balcony than the old one which I was aware of as Greg had measured my old unit when he came to provide the estimate, let me know when they were going to drill, solder, etc. since it would be loud and other things along these lines. Upon completing the installation, they ran it for a while to ensure that it was functioning before they left my place. They also spent time with me showing me where the filter is located, how to change it, and how to operate the thermostat.
