Description of Work: Tile work for bathroom and vanity installation and painting; tile removed and replaced in both kitchen and foyer. Contractor started out providing good workmanship; however one day contractor did not show up nor did I have any contact with the contractor for two weeks. At this point we had to negotiate final payment as a result of work not being completed. We had to get someone else to complete the job.

Description of Work: Never could schedule an appointment. Always an excuse. Angie's list no help either. Wouldn't give a refund after 30 days. It took me more than 30 days to get a response for an appointment. Not worth the trouble.

Description of Work: I had them paint the wood-toned trim white. I met with the owner of the company to go over details of the job. She and the painter were both very nice and professional. The painter didn't prime as well as he should have. After three coats of white paint, the wood was still not covered. I thought the owner would come by and take a look at the finished job but she never came back. I eventually had to sand, re-prime, and re-paint it myself. I gave them a "C" on price for that reason.

Description of Work: I need some help as they took my money but have not even called me about the work yet. The task is easily accessible which is why I ordered the service. I would prefer to avoid a very negative rating until it is determined why they have not responded. If there is no reason you need to remove them. Please assist!

Description of Work: Very happy with the service. Work quickly, professionally and quietly on an old house with various "issues". Some custom carpentry was done well. Would have liked a little better attention to daily clean up and protecting floors and furniture.
