The floor looks great, however, you have to watch the worker like a hawk. You pay for the supplies and then if there is anything left over you should keep, right? Wrong..... They will walk off with it in their truck and leave you nothing. I told them any left overs were to stay there before they ever got started and they took it anyway. I watched them take it to their truck. I went in my garage and told them I wanted all the stuff and they gave me some of it. I had to call the talk to the manager at the store over installation to get it back so that I could return it to Lowes for a refund. Once you make the deal with one guy someone else comes out and does the work. These particular ones that came out barely spoke English. Very hard to communicate with them. Supplies I will still get from Lowe's but installation.... Not again!
I had already had another incident when they remodeled my kitchen. different people and although I cant' prove it, the main workers helper got into our pantry and opened some food and ate it. I discovered the opened containers in my pantry a month later. they were the only ones in my house that this could have occurred.
I have had my share of this. I will get professionals in the future. It may cost more in labor but I'm thinking that it is worth it.

I loved having Lowe's act as the middle man between us and the contractor, especially since contractor's can be very difficult to deal with.
It took about two months to get the fence installed. This was due to a severe rainstorm the day before the original installation date. I wanted my husband to be home during the install, so his work schedule had to be taken into consideration when the appointment was rescheduled.
The day before the installation, the contractor dropped off the materials. The day of the installation they showed up promptly at 830 am and got tow work. In total, it took them two days to complete, because they put in the fence posts on the first day and installed the wood the next day. On a third day they came back and drilled an anchor hole in our driveway for latch for the gate.
My husband said they were professional and got the job done efficiently.
A week after our fence was installed, Lowe's called to inquire about our satisfaction with the job and asked that we call with any questions, concerns or corrections to the work.
The only slightly negative comment I have is that it was very difficult to reach someone at Lowe's when we did need to call during the whole process.

We will continue to use them in the future.
