He had a poor rating but he did great for me. He was very honest to me and told me I didn't need the duct cleaning. He could have ripped my off but he told me all I needed was new filters. You don't find that a lot.

Not only was this SO unprofessional, but David called me as soon as he left my house to tell my that my husband was rude to him, which my husband says is a lie. David kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes telling me what we needed to do. All of this before my husband could call me and tell me what really happened. According to my husband, David is in his early 20s and is very rude. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I think David should have handled the situation differently and should have NEVER left a customer's house without letting them know there was nothing else they could do. My husband has also been told from his friend in Houston that the original $820 we paid was way overpriced. Go figure. Lesson learned. Only find people on Angie's list and not in the local advertiser.

Our air conditioner smelled like wet clothes every time we ran it. This started a month or so after we bought the house in May. Not knowing who to call, we let it go. Finally I found this company and called on Thursday. They were able to get me in Friday morning from 7am-9am. They showed up around 8:30am and were done cleaning the vents and treating them around 10am. The first thing Jimmy did was go in the attic and take apart the A/C. He quickly found the layers of mold and showed them to my husband. Before they did any work, Jimmy provided me with an estimate and 2 options. A treatment with a 2 year warranty, or another treatment with a 10 year warranty. We chose the one with a 2 year warranty. Once I gave the okay, Jimmy and his guys treated the vents and vacuumed all the little bits that had dropped out of the vents.
