Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts and did some mold testing, and they found mold so they had to clean up the mold.

Description of Work: This is in response to a follow up visit we had with ACS. First, we had work done in Nov 2008, then in the spring our AC started to smell moldy again so I called ACS, the work we had done carries a 24 month warranty. I called and called and called and left messages. Once they called the house and my husband answered. He told them to call me at work to schedule for them to come, but they never called my cell or office. I continued to call them sporadically for about 2 months. I finally got David, the owner, on the phone. He explained to me that the guy that did my work has been fired for pocketing money from customers that paid cash. I didn't, and I have the cashed check to prove it. David was supposed to come by on Thursday between 1-4, but he didn't. We got a call from him at about 8pm saying he would come by the next day. I called him at 10am this morning and he said we were the next stop for him. He arrived at my house and immediately told my husband that the house doesn't smell like mold, but like mice, which we don't have. David went over a few things with my husband and then went up in to the attic to look at the AC unit. My husband went outside to call a friend of his that does AC work in Houston and ask him a few questions. By the time my husband went back in the house, David was gone.

Description of Work: I first called for an appointment to have the ducts of my A/C cleaned, but when they showed up, they found about an inch or so of mold growing in the unit in our attic. They ended up treating all the ducts with Sporicidin. The treatment carries a 2 year warranty, but said that it could last up to 5 years.
