Estimate done promptly. Took several weeks for custom items to come in. Crew to replace window and door system arrived several hours later than expected but were professional, focused, of good energy and playful spirit. I had an issue a week later regarding door seals (actually my mistake) that they responded to promptly and with respect. I recommend them and would use them again.

Great. A half a day to remove, install, and they cleaned up as they went. The even hauled off a few things we still have around from the flood that we needed disposing of, like old mirrors...

Quote was not the cheapest, but with the Angies coupon it was close enough that I chose them because of the good reviews here on Angies. Work was done efficiently, installers were polite, and work areas were cleaner when they left than when they started.

Everything was done on time and under budget. From the first call, estimate, contracting and installation they were prompt and friendly.

From the start I had a great feeling about their professionalism and product quality. Their salesman, Mike Tomney, was very informative about their product and a no pressure, no-hype guy. The meeting was informative and enjoyable. There was a question about whether or not I could convert 2 small windows into one large picture window without having to re-frame the entire wall. Mike wasn't sure if it could be done so he called the owner to discuss. The owner, Brandon, actually came the next day out personally and verified that it would not be a problem. What a great guy! They gave me a 3 week time frame for the delivery and installation of the windows and door and they were right on schedule. The crews showed up promptly at 7:30 AM just as they said they would. They began the process and finished the installation and cleanup in about 6 hours. The workers were courteous and took great care to not damage any of the items in each room they worked in. Once the windows were installed I got a quick lesson on how they worked, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site and then I paid the bill and they were off to their next job. I am an extremely satisfied costumer and would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be happier with everything. Relief removed my old & installed 13 new windows & 4 exterior doors in less than a whole work day. The service was excellent. They came back after we noticed the front door wasn't quite right & completely rehung it. We've never had windows & doors that open & close so smoothly. The paint job on the doors looks awesome. Can't wait to be in the house so we can use them.

It went well they all showed up early and finished early afternoon. One window was defective and it was reordered and replaced. No problem.

Every member of the Relief Windows team that I encountered treated me and my apartment building with respect and professionalism. I did not need to clean up after them, nor have I seen any fault in their work (not that I inspected each window, but everything I have seen indicates they did a great job). They appear to use a quality caulk which is very important for sealing the windows against drafts. I was present for the installation of the first twenty-two windows and there were a few times when they let me know things such as piece(s) of trim that could not be salvaged, or an existing trim color not matching the white caulk that they used. I was glad to be present and hear their comments/questions, although I know they could have done a fine job regardless. I happened to have an extension ladder at the apartment which I offered to them to use, and this of course was put back without me needing to ask or even being present at the conclusion of the day. They did incorrectly measure one of the windows, which had to be re-ordered; this was installed nine business days later. Overall the experience was highly satisfactory and I feel great to patronize a business that does right by its employees and customers. I do have a couple of pictures (one before installation and one during).

Very professional and great quality product. Expensive but I guess quality is worth it and also comes with lifetime warranty. One picture shows windows prior to install of bronze frame ones.

Went very well. Quote was very straight forward, competitive, and informative. Installation crew was just outstanding.......polite, courteous, considerate, and completed work timely at a high level of quality. I've been in the construction business for 30 years and know good, fair, quality work when I see it. When I am ready to replace the rest of my windows, I won't even think about calling anyone else.

Everyone I dealt with at Relief Windows was so polite and professional. Replacing all a home's windows involves a workman to come into every room in one's home. This could have been a little creepy, but I never felt like I had to worry about these young men. They worked quickly and took great care not to make a big mess. I got top quality windows for a great price! The work was completed in one day too. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

The only word to describe the work is professional. From the salesman to the installers everyone was knowledgeable and punctual. The installers were delayed due to complications from an earlier job, but they stayed late until the job was done. They cleaned up the work area and you couldn't tell they had been there once they left.

Prompt visit where they provided estimate on the spot. I was shocked they didn't even want a deposit when I signed the contract, they said "write us a check when the work is done and you are satisfied." Not many businesses operate that way anymore. Our install was more difficult than expected due to the original installation but they persevered through the challenges including frequent downpours. They finished in a long day and made good efforts to clean up after, they even reinstalled our blinds since I was out of town and my wife wasn't going to be able to manage it. Everyone was extemely professional and truly cared that we were satisfied. Great experience.

What a good experience. From start to finish everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. No pressure sales and a quality product and installation. The result was fabulous.

From beginning to end it was a easy. Mike took his time to explain everything about the window, understood we had a budget and offered ideas to help us stay in that budget. Chad and his team were so nice. They were very respectful of being in our home and really take pride in what they do. Thomas wanted to make sure we were satisfied before asking for a single penny. Overall, a great experience.

It went extremely well!!! The first man who came out to show me the different products, etc came when expected and offered plenty of information about the products Relief Windows offered. After thinking about all that this purchase involved--- new door, improved insulation, safety, improved appearance of home---I decided to purchase the windows and door. I called the representative and he immediately set up an appointment for the man who was responsible for taking the measurements to come out and do so. He came at the agreed upon time (even though it was lightly raining) and took all the measurements. About 2 weeks later, my windows were installed...there were 3 installers who came out, and they immediately went to work removing the old windows, and putting in the new as well as installing the new front door, and glass panel. They worked straight through and were finished by 6-6:30 that evening. Afterwards, they came back to do some additional caulking that was required after the alarm system was re-installed. Everyone that I talked with was extremely helpful, even returning once to remove some handprints that the installers had left around the interior walls!

This is the best company in this area for windows and siding. They have renewed my confidence in contractors by doing the job they did. Everyone at this company wanted us to be happy and satisfied with the job. Our window installers were meticulous and did an amazing job. Joe was our siding installer and is the best. He works alone and is great. He is a perfectionist and did an excellent job. I feel as though he is part of our family. He answered all of our questions and helped with small decisions that needed to be made regarding colors. We will use them again when we get ready to side our outdoor kitchen and carport. Ask for Joe when you need siding. Thomas and Brandon are wonderful and truly understand what customer service is.

First of all, the salesman, Mike Tomney, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The windows are beautiful and the service was truly outstanding. They even had to come back to fix a mess I made by touching the caulking before it dried and they did so cheerfully and promptly. I could feel the difference in my house immediately after they were installed. The rooms felt tighter and the a/c seems to cool faster. I would highly reccomend them. PC
