Description of Work: Master Bathroom and Powder Room. Remove wallpaper, prep walls, paint. Remove fur in both rooms, sheetrock and paint. Paint ceilings. Remove vanities in both rooms and prep for replacements. Install 5 can, recessed, lights and one vent-heat-light. Frame mirror and reset door mirror. Paint all doors (3), replace hinges and knobs. Prepare plumbing for new vanities. |Living Room. Open ceiling to repair broken beam, sheet rock, paint whole ceiling. |Thomas was very helpful in giving me ideas to save money, which I used. His prices were less than others quoted. He set a dedicated crew to complete the work which took 6.5 days. Crew arrived on time and diligently worked throughout the day. When plumber and electrician were needed, they were there--no down time or wait time. I really appreciated this as I have house guests for Jazz Fest and all work was completed on time, which allowed me to get house completely clean. I strongly recommend Thomas. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and really great price!
