Description of Work: On the phone I was told that I should not buy the coupon and wait to discuss with workman. Came to our house and said coupon was expired, although I can still see it on Angie's list. Coupon for 8 hours makes hourly rate 57$ per hr. The quote was for 125$ per hr. We declined.

Hi. I am sorry you felt the price indicated was higher than you anticipated. As the technician tried to explain, to do the job correctly, it would have taken 3-4 hours, so that wouldn't be $125 per hour. With that, I do hope you were able to have the work completed.

Description of Work: Each and every time I use their service they continually exceed my expectations. They changed an outside door with threshold, molding, and everything in 4 hours. You had our Handyman for the Day service, and we always suggest that you have all the materials on site to give our techs the best use of time for the repairs. However, materials were needed and the technician had to go to several locations to purchase what was required to complete the work properly. If you decide to use our services again, you can always elect to purchase the materials ahead of time. Take good care!
