Description of Work: They installed a new rear window in my Honda Fit. From start to finish, was a great company to work with. The technician did arrive a little later than expected, but he called to let me know he was running a bit behind. When he arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend Safelite without hesitation.

Description of Work: The windshield was changed out with a new factory windshield with Subaru Eyesight Technology capabilities. Unfortunately, two weeks later it cracked in the heat without anything having struck it. At first, Safelite did not want to honor the warranty and tried to allege a rock had struck it. After I argued my position and a manager stepped in, they decided to replace the windshield at no cost, admitting that occasionally, stress cracks occur in newly installed windshields. Had I not insisted otherwise, however, I would have had to pay.

Description of Work: I had a brand new car. I was driving it back from getting the license plates from the dealership. On the trip home, there was a rock that kicked up and hit my windshield. They took care of everything and did a really good job. I was able to go out on lunch and the work was completed upon my return. The service was phenomenal. They were able to pinpoint the problem quickly and take care of it. Every time I've used them they have been incredible.
