Description of Work: I bought this "deal" in August 2015 and have not been able to use it because the vendor will not schedule an appointment with me. I have called, emailed and texted numerous times and no reply. When I called your customer service center I was told that I could not get my money back because it was past 45 days, even though the "deal" didn't expire until 2/10/16. I was told that I could use it towards another "deal" however why would I trust another vendor on your site. I think it is terrible that you do not stand behind your service.

Description of Work: They finished early but did not go back and check to see what else they could do to work the full time. I probably should have asked them to clean something else or go over spots missed on the floor, but did not so perhaps had I asked, they would have done more. But overall, they were good.

Description of Work: With them advertising on Angie's list I assumed it was more than one person cleaning houses. Especially when I was allowed to ask for two people for four hours each. |45 minutes before she was suppose to arrive she texted me that she was sick and would not able to come. | |This was not easy for me to arrange. I have medical problems and I had to be out of the house when they were here. My husband was going to be here to direct and advise. | |I got my telephone book out and with in 30 minutes I had arranged a group of 4 to come and clean my house for 2 hours each that same day. | |For someone to make arrangements with me and keep the appointment is extremely important and Tianna's did not. I do not recommend this cleaning service if you are counting on them to be on time or even show up!

Description of Work: Home cleaning service was performed well, despite poor communication skills. |Some things were not done as directed and other things were done that were not requested. Its unfortunate, because the potential to do well is there for everyday bedmaking and wiping cleanup. Until language skills improve, I do not have the time to have them return.
