All went well. Mr Cockrell kept in touch throughout the scheduling process as weather condition made it necessary to switch dates. Also, as requested, he called a half hour before arriving to confirm. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and had the yard looking great by the time they left. Attention to detail and overall quality of work were top notch.

Jordan was great to work with. He gave us a quote and work timetable and stuck to both. He was easy to reach if we had any questions. I hope to have additional work done in the spring and will definitely use Jordan again.

I was not too happy with the work. The mulch was basically dumped in my garden without being spread correctly. I have several places that have little mulch hills and it’s just uneven. My lawn was just not very professional looking. He just over-mulched my lawn, which killed two of my scrubs. The edging did not look complete. If it was, it did not have a good finished to it. I also have a rock garden that I asked him to blow out and it was not even touched. This was not a good experience. I also asked him to trim up my scrubs and did not trim the ones in the back.

Within 24 hrs of my purchase Jordan Contacted me and set up a time to come out to see what I needed. He arrived exactly on time and in a very professional manner. Listened carefully to what I wanted and went to work pronto. Perfect job. Jordan exemplifies what a business should be.

They are exceptional. Mr. Cockrell returned our call immediately and came right out and provided a quote. He showed up to work on time the day scheduled. He was able to get the job done in one day because he was prepared with all the materials and equipment that morning. The estimate was very competitive compared to other companies. It was a very challenging job and he did a marvelous job. The work he did to put the lawn back together was fantastic as well. I have recommended his services to other already.

Jordan showed up before the scheduled time and was on the job immediately. He brought a crew of men with him and was very responsive to our needs. He remained on the job except for a few minutes to eat. He had all of the equipment handy which was gassed up and ready to go. He asked for nothing. Jordan is fantastic. His crew is professional, hard-working, responsive, and he charges very reasonable prices. He came exactly when he said he would, worked incredibly efficiently, and I think my backyard now looks terrific.

Responsiveness, knowledge of Lawn and Landscaping were great. Prices for services were a bit higher than expected. We are going to look for options that might be more cost conscious. If we find what we need at lower price, we'll go with it. But that is still under evaluation.

I am a 28 year veteran in the real estate industry. I have had opportunities to contract with hundreds of various contractors. Jordan has delivered some of the best service that I have ever gotten. His bid was detailed and fair, he showed up on time and always came prepared with the tools and materials he needed for the day. He was excellent at communicating and really cares about doing a great job. If you need mulch, landscape or other yard work I recommend him highly.

Did a great job. I had him mulch my mothers yard for a Mothers Day present and only called him the week before. He came promptly for the estimate then came back and finished the job 2 days later. I then decided to have him do another flower bed than we had originally agreed upon and he came back 2 days later and finished it all before Mother's Day!! Mom loved it and him.

Our house had an overgrown back garden when we moved in and we didn't know which plants were weeds and which were worth saving. Jordan came out very quickly after I called him him and we set a date for the work after I approved the estimate. He and his assistants were efficient and quick. We are having him come back out to do some similar work on the side of the house and I have already recommended him to another customer!

I called a got a price for the top soil. He told me when he could deliver it and we chose a time that was good for both of us. He was there when he said he would be and delivered the top soil.

They were here on time, very professional and cleaned up after they were finished.

Service was performed on time as promised and at the quoted price. I added a few thing via email and this was included as promised. We are very pleased and are arranging more work in the near future and will use the company for tree replacement and landscaping in the future. It is always great to find someone who you can fully trust and depend upon. We look forward to his return.

The process went very smoothly. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Jordan, the owner made sure I was pleased with his services. I would definitely hire Cockrell's again. They did exactly what they promised, when they promised. I hired Jordan because about a year ago he was working next door and I went over to talk to him about a problem with a portion of my lawn. He said he would take a look at it. He took some sod he had on his truck, worked about 1 1/2 hours, repaired the spot and refused toet me pay him. If Jordan tells you something he will try is very best to do what he says. I recommend him highly.
