When the (removed member name) called in for the cost of the duct cleanings,we ask her how meany heating and air conditioning system did she have,her response was one system. Then we ask her the total number of supply and return registers. Then we told her the cost. When we arrived we saw that she had two systems,so we told her the new cost. We did charge her anything to come out. I am sorry that she feels we tried to rip her off,if we didn't ask her upfront how meany system she had,I could understand her feelings.
