They came one day to inspect/quote project and installed very quickly ( in a day or two) and took their time showing us the features of the system and key chain remote. Excellent customer service and installation went very smoothly. They followed up with a lovely hand written thank you note.

Steve and the team are extremely customer focused and willing to do what is needed to ensure satisfaction, both with installation and support, post installation. At the last minute, we decided to add a glass break and window sensors and it was not an issue. When we have had doors replaced, they have always been helpful in ensuring the system is back working as needed and providing support, as well as answering questions.

Excellent job done. Extremely professional. I had what I thought was a panel failure Memorial day weekend. I called thinking I would get a recording and the owner of the company answers. On a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend he went to my home (I was 1000 miles away) and he found a GFI outlet was tripped. He fixed free of charge. Way beyond the above and beyond style of service!

They arrived on time brought everything they needed to charge the system. They found out one of the parts they brought was not right and Steve was near the supplier. He picked up the part and had it here in less than an hour. They hooked it up got on-line and charged the system. When they left I had a complete security system. Thanks to Brandon (Installer) and Rebecca and Steve for getting this done.

They were extremely professional. The wiring for the original install was confusing but they had no problem adapting. They even covered the area in our bedroom where a second pad had been. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I met Steve at a local home show in Jan of 2014. He was a great guy, knowledgeable and not very pushy with regards to his products and services. We were not in need of a security system at the time however we were planning on moving to a new piece of property later in the year. We purchased a new office location in August and called Steve to get us a quote. He was out within a couple days, gave us a quote, and had his installer on location the next day. Install went fine, they walked me through how to use the system and all the other details including the remote access to our system which allows us to arm and disarm our system from our smart phones. After the install, we had a couple problems with sensors not lining up on our overhead doors. Called Steve and he sent out his tech the same day to fix the problem. I would highly recommend using them for your home or business security system. Very knowledgeable, professional, and great to talk to/work with.
