This is a great company! They are honest, fast, and communicate well. The quality of their work is excellent.

We were purchasing a home and hired Bluegrass to do the inspection. The house had approximately 90 floor joists that were not secured resulting in floor sag, drywall cracking etc. In the report provided to us was a single picture of a floor joist in this shape. Absolutely no verbiage explaining. that there is 89 more in the same shape. Therefore, the floor began to sink causing drywall cracking etc. It ended up costing us approximately 10K in repairs. And when confronted, they took no ownership of the mistake.

Got a call From David about a job I needed done and some information on the product to use. He introduced himself asked what I wanted and expected and he gave me his recommendation which I respected and asked how soon I needed the job done. We ang upon a time, price and day. Upon arrival he was very personable, presentable and knowledgeable about our needs. Extremely glad we chose David and very satisfied with the work,

He was very personable. He explained the issues to us and advised what were FHA issues. He also worked with the structural engineer for us. He stayed in contact with us to make sure all the reports got to the right people and all the issues got addressed for a timely reinspection. He was awesome would recommend. Our inspection report was very detailed, easy to understand and the color coded system made it easy to understand which issues needed immediately to be addressed and what could wait.

David is very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he found and let me know any concerns that he had. He is very professional and the report was exceptionally detailed and organized.

He provided a detailed walk through after the inspection was completed, and a report sent straight to my email and text alert. The report is something I will use going forward to complete maintenance items that werenâ t deal breakers for purchasing the home.
